GTalker first time ko mag flight together with my pamangkin, his 4 years old...ask ko lang acceptable bang ID yung kindergarten nya na ID or need ko pa magdala ng birth certificate & authorization from his parents for identification?

and 1 more question pa... nagback out yung kasama ko sa ticket bale promo ticket yun good for 3 kaya lang nagback out yung kasama naming isa..need ko pa ba itawag sa cebu pacific yun na cancelled na yung isang kasama namin or okey lang kahit 2 na lang kami magcheck in? I was thinking kasi baka macancelled yung buong ticket namin since promo ko sya nakuha.

^Kahit hindi na itawag sis kasi kami, we booked 4 RT tickets to cebu, pero 2 lang kaming nagshow up. sinabi lang namin na hindi na tutuloy yung 2 tapos ok naman

hindi naman big deal yon...maliban na lang siguro kung child dineclare mo as infant...domestic flight lang naman e, kung bday okay lang pero yung name dapat tama

mga sa mga nakatry na sa inyo magweb check in, magprepresent pa din ba ng id? or diretso na sa boarding area?

Web check-in is available from 48 hours to 4 hours before the flight's departure.

For domestic passenger without baggage, you can proceed directly to the assigned gate. But if you have check-in baggage you will have to bring your bag to the web check-in counter to check-in your bag. You check-in your bag the same day as your departure date, it can not be earlier.

For international passenger with or without check-in bag, you still have to proceed to the web check-in counter for document verification.

sisses, yung friend ko nakakuha ng promo yung piso fare. Mga first week ng october sila sa bohol. Eh baka daw di matuloy. Pwede daw ba nila irefund yun? Or hindi na mairerefund dahil piso fare lang?

^Yes, you can but you pay for the change dates plus the fare difference on the flights you intend to take. Mas mahal lalabas yung fare mo.

I need to rebook my ticket kaya lang I'm abroad hindi ko alam paano ko sila makokontak. Kailangan ko na sya ASAP para if mahal ang rebooking, buy na lang ako ng new ticket. Baka makatyempo pa ng sale.

Pardon my ignorance pero ask ko lang sa MANAGE BOOKING, CANCEL FLIGHTS tab, pag hindi ko macheck yung CANCEL DEPARTING FLIGHT (naka-disable sya), does it mean hindi ko pwede ma-cancel ang flight ko?
