♤ I think itong sa Binan ang nagka administrative case ang Judge. So either ulit sa simula or itutuloy iyan, Sis. May isang case ako diyan na nasabayan nga ng problem na nawala judge (not annulment) pero hindi rin maasikaso ng pairing judge na pumalit sa kanya ang motion namin.

^^ congrats sis! Your lawyer is very professional. I would give him an A!
 I would say my lawyer is just a B kasi wala kaming contract na sinign-an, a bit more expensive but he pulled it through, with me appearing in court only once.

Yes, I'm very lucky to find my lawyer. Hindi nya ako binigyan ng sakit ng ulo from day 1. Tsaka he was one of the very few people na nagpapakalma sa akin kapag mainit ulo ko kay ex. Hahahaha!

Sis Ikaw lahat ang mag asikaso lahat if gusto mo mapadali ganon kasi ginawa ko stressful lang talaga 3 months inabot from LCR to LCR to NSO.

I see. So hindi parin pala tapos lahat. Pa update later once you get hold a copy of your marriage cert na may stamp na Null and Void. Para sakin once you get hold of that copy, that is when this long agonising process ends. Mine pala within 2 years + lumabas court order. Then 10 months Iyan decree na iyan kasi may clerical issue kaya binalik para i-correct, which takes the same amount of time in filing. Then NSO pa to make sure anyone who requests for your marriage cert will get that copy with the stamp na Null and Void.

Question sis - you mentioned pa annul sa simbahan. Is there such a thing? And what's the process?
I thought it is being discussed pa. it is free, sa pagkaka recall ko.

^I expect the final decree to come out this year. I don't see any impediments here kasi malinis magtrabaho ang Pasig RTC. I don't know why it took long na lumabas yung final decree mo kasi dapat within 30 days, nilalabas na ng court yun, eh.

Church annulment only applies if you get married in church. If wala ka naman balak magpakasal sa simbahan uli, then you don't know need a church annulment. A civil annulment is enough for you to get married in civil rights.

May minimal na bayad ang church annulment. At least 30K. Hindi siya totally free.

For church annulment, Parang one needs to go through sa church where you registered/kinasal.

How to start to file an annulment? I don't wanna file first for myself but I'm open sa idea.

I don't have work financially hindi ako capable, pero pag husband ko ba mag file pwede siyang mag shoulder lahat ng fees?
Is there any instances na hindi na ga-grant ang annulment? Main reason sa amin is one day hindi na nya ako mahal at wala daw kameng bahay (material things) then later on may babae na pala siya.

^sis backread ka. I think may nagpost ng grounds for annulment. Or just google it. Pag ganyan grounds nyo, may chance na hindi magrant.

Hello. Nag file ang husband ko ng annulment nung year 2011. Ngayon, wala na kaming communication. Paano ko malalaman kung nagrant na o hindi pa?

^wala. Kasi lumipat kami ng bahay nun. Di ko na nasabi sa kanya yung nilipatan ko. Yung email add ko naman, di ko na naopen.

^Paano mo nalamang nagfile sya ng annulment? Magrequest ka ng marriage certificate mo sa NSO. Check mo kung may annotation na annulled na. Kung walang annotation, hindi ka pa annulled.

Salamat sa reply, nag google na ako parang hindi nga grounds, kung sakali yan din sasabihin ko sa court o ipre-present, ayoko kasi na ibang reason, sira na nga moral ko sa ginawa nya bahala siyang maghanap ng ibang reason.

Pag husband mo nag file ng case sya ang magbabayad ng filing fee. Mas madami talaga babayaran whoever filed the case, pati yung psychologist for the case.

any idea sis magkano magagastos lahat-lahat? Totoo din ba yung sinasabi nila na pag nagbayad ka mas mapapadali yung decision ng kaso?
