I am looking for a good reliable and trust-worthy lawyer who can represent/file annulment for me. I have a limited budget so I want to know how much your services would be in black and white. My marriage only lasted from August 2010 to May 2013 and my husband had STD 3x during the marriage and was very irresponsible. He himself is admitting that he isn’t capable at that time of the marriage. We now have separate lives. I am only 27 years old and would like to file annulment. Ive consulted several lawyers but I think I am getting shady ones - yung puro package ang offer.

You want to interview my lawyer? So far, I'm happy with my lawyer. Everything is also in black and white, none of that shady stuff. Hindi din ako package sa kanya. I pay him for his services. Out-of-pocket yung ibang expenses like filing fees, psychologist fees, etc. PM me if you're interested.

yun mga successfull ang annulment within 4-6 months to one year..baka pwede nyo email sakin kung san kayo nagfile at sino lawyer nyo para macontact ko..
interested din ako kahit sa malayong lugar basta matapos na yun annulment..

Hi can you advise or give me any reliable  and very good lawyer, my ex is black mailing and he said he will contest if I file an annulment. I prefer the non appearance annulment as I am working abroad and I cannot just attend the hearing. un parents ko pinakuha ko ng marriage license sa LCR kung san kami kinasal, pinakita ng parents ko yun marriage certificate don sa staff sa LCR pero ang sabi sa kanila wala daw Marriage License yun na daw yun Marriage certificate tapos ang sabi pa nakalagay daw sa Marriage Certificate yun License Number...pahelp naman..pano ba ko kukuha ng Marriage License na yan? ano ba sasabihin ko don sa LCR? at pede ba makahingi lang ng example ng Marriage License  para lang mapakita don sa staff ng LCR...pede nyo email sakin...apple_green0@yahoo.com..thanks.

^ Sis some marriage certificate does'nt have marriage license because they use this article when they applied for marriage certificate.


Art. 34. No license shall be necessary for the marriage of a man and a woman who have lived together as husband and wife for at least five years and without any legal impediment to marry each other. The contracting parties shall state the foregoing facts in an affidavit before any person authorized by law to administer oaths. The solemnizing officer shall also state under oath that he ascertained the qualifications of the contracting parties are found no legal impediment to the marriage. (76a)

Sa case ng asawa ko nun magpa annul sya ng first marriage nya ito yung ginamit na ground ng lawyer kasi wala silang marriage license pero di naman sila nag live in before getting married.

We got married when I was 19 and he was 25 so obviously we cannot live together before our marriage as a husband and wife. I read that..

" A marriage celebrated without a valid marriage license is null and void, unless the contracting parties are exempt from this requisite (Articles 4 and 35(3), Family Code of the Philippines).

I asked my parents to check and get a copy of Marriage License from our Local Civil Registrar from where we got married. But the staff there said that MarriageCertificate and Marriage License are the same, that the License number is indicated below the Marriage Certificate.

If so, that the License number appearing in the Marriage Certificate is the License Number then how can I check if that number is registered to our Marriage?

but, if the Marriage License is not existing are they going to give me a paper stating that we have no Marriage License?

I am looking for a possible ground for my annulment aside from Psychological Incapacitated.

Makikita sa marriage certificate kung may liscense number or kung article34 ang ginamit.

Kung walang license number at art 34 ang nakalagay pero hindi kayo nag live in before getting married null and void ang marriage pero kailangan mong i prove sa court.

Hindi mo na kailangan ng ibang ground pa enough na ground na yun na wala kayong marriage license num. and did not cohabitate before getting married.

Meron na po ba dito yung nagfile ng petition for declaration of nullity kasi bigamous kasal nila dahil ang loko lokong asawa nila kasal na pala dati?  (may ibang thread kaya for this?)

Gano katagal po yung kaso? Saka ano mga ebidensya hiningi ng judge? Mejo nagttrip ata judge ng sa kakilala ko, may isang weird na request. Hehe

 A bigamous marriage is very easy to prove. You only need to present the marriage certificates to prove that while the first marriage was subsisting he contracted a second marriage.

^thanks sis, yun nga alam namin eh, ewan lang dito sa judge gusto pa nya ng witness kung saan una kinasal yung babae. Like clerk of court. Toinks

^thanks sis, meron na lahat yan yung friend ko as well as pictures ng kasal nila.. But this particular judge, gusto nya pa ipresent sa court as witness yung clerk of court from the first kasal.. Which is very weird talaga.. Kasi one year na yung kaso

Kaya my query now is may nakapagfile na ba ng declaration of nullity dito on the ground of bigamous marriage.. Id like to know kung ano mga hiningi ng judge sa kanila.. Kung naghingi pa ng witness like the clerk of court..

Hi mga sis, regarding lawyer, does anyone knows the Montano Flamiano & Associates Law? Are they really expert in Annulment cases? I am working overseas and I'm really eager to file an annulment asap. And I would appreciate if some sis can PM me recommendations of  an expert lawyer.

I'm afraid my petition will be denied in case the court does not favor the grounds for psychological incapacity. Masayang lang ang pera ko so I want the best lawyer to handle my case. Please sis help me po.. Thanks in advance!

Hi mga sis, I would like to get your opinion lang, kasi I have an ongoing annulment case pero its been 8 months since my last hearing and sabi ng lawyer ko until now wala pa daw judge for my case, I even called RTC office and sinasabi nila sa kin na last year pa daw walang judge kaya di pa madesisyunan ang case ko.

Mga sis puwede ba yon na walang judge ang RTC? And ask ko na din, if my mga case na ganito, tama ba pagkakaintindi ko na dapat may particular judge ang nagha-handle ng case ko - and kapag lets say may nangyari dun sa judge na yun, di ba dapat mapalitan din ng rtc para di nape-pending ang cases?

Please enlighten me mga sis..

hi po ask ko po sana if ano po ang magandang grounds for annulment nagpakasal po kami at the age 18 po sya and 20 ako without any parent consent sa amin dalawa kami ang pumirma ng consent but we never lived together kase bumalik na rin po sya sa canada after ng kasal and at the same year naghiwalay din po kami.

after 10 yrs he got married may sarili na syang family ayoko po mag cause ng problema gusto ko lang po sana ma annulled yung marriage namin ng tahimik

and also pag nag file po ba sya ng divorce dun pwede ako po ang mag file for Recognition of Foreign Divorce dito

May time talaga na walang Judge for a particular court. Example namatay, nag resign, nag retire, o kaya may admin case, na suspend or na disbar.

So mag antay pa ng judge na maaasign o maaappoint or kahit pairing judge kung meron.

If natatagalan ka, explore the possibility of re-filing the petition.
