hi, i want to ask lang if may mga maling details sa marriage contract/certificate, pwede bang maging ground yun for annullment or nullity of marriage...

this is my situation right now, we'd been separated ni ex for more than 3 years now, we were together for 7 years...

i really want to be single na, if anyone here can answer my questions, it will really be a big help... TIA!

Thank God annuled na si bf ang bilis [textspeak!], feb 15 kmi ng down ng 140k tapos nagrant na annulment nya yesterday july 8 so bbayaran n nmin [textspeak!] balance na 60k this week. No appearance rin ito kasi nasa abroad kmi pareho ni bf. Goodluck sa inyo mga sis!

hi sisses, pede ba mag file ng annulment kahit married sa church (catholic)?
Married for 1 year and 9 months. No kids.

Reasons:
- anger management/attitude problem and refused to be treated.
- wife is physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually battered.
- baog ang husband at hindi alam ng wife after they got married lang nalaman.


How much and how long will the process be? Please refer your good lawyers... Manila/Rizal lawyers.

Hi mga sis, I hope someone can answer my question regarding civil wedding..
we had our civil wedding in Manila City Hall, but when we got our NSO marriage certificate it's stated that we had our wedding in one of the church in Payatas Quezon. I've never been to that place. Is it possible that our marriage cert is null and void, or pwede ko gamitin itong grounds para ma-void ?
Also, we were not able to get any of our pictures taken in the city hall , that includes our photos and photos with the "judge"..sabi ng photographer nasira daw! Naiisip ko baka sinadya lang para walang evidence or something.

lawyer_mom, thanks so much for answering my query. i have checked my marriage cert issued by NSO and it stated there that "no marriage license was necessary, the marriage being solemnized under art 36 (medyo malabo po either 36 or 34 kasi scanned copy lang po nacheck ko nasa bahay ang original) of executive order No. 209. valid po ba yon? thanks po uli God Bless

must be article 34 of the family code, requires 5 year cohabitation, parties must execute an affidavit of cohabitation and must get married when they were at least 23 years of age, if these requirements are not met, the marriage is void

^thanks lawyer_mom, we didn't submit any affidavit of cohabitation , but I don't remember anymore if we signed one on the day of the "civil wedding" itself.

Hello po! i got married way back 1989, had my 1st child 1988 & my second child 1990. unfortunately, our marriage didn't work..magaan ang kamay ng husband ko not just to me but also to my children. moreover, he was never a good provider to us. we separated 1996, tried to work out our marriage for 1yr 1997-1998 but to no avail...we totally parted ways 1998 and since then to this writing, he has not given me and my children any support (not a single centavo) as in total abandonment po and no communication
What is the best move i could make on this since iam not rich and just an ordinary employee from a private firm?  I really wanted to be free from this tie with my husband bec i have plans of getting married someday...hopefully.
Would really appreciate a reply.

Mga sis, ask ko lang if may idea kayo. Kasi I have a friend na he's married here in the Phil. Tapos sa Canada sila ng.settle down at recognized din daw dun yung marriage nila.   Ngayon, magiging Canadian citizen na sya at hiwalay na rin for 2 years. Tama ba na kung dun sya kukuha ng divorce sa Canada, recognized na rin yan dito sa Phil kasi Canadian citizen na sya? Na di na nya kelangan kumuha ng annulment dito?

it can be recognized but not automatically. "Recognition of Foreign Judgment." its an easier process. is the case to be filed. No need to undergo annulment.  Pero if di na naman siya papakasal dito. No need na at all.

^ sis we dont calculate when it comes on scheduled hearings. we cant promise any timeframe to our clients. basta depende sa schedules na bigay syo ng court . pero yung akin sa client ko natapos ko 8 months. yung iba more than 1 yr
