I need it kase for my annulment.

I remember  me nakausap ako na ganito din parang pinacorrect na lang din habang on process ang annullment, mag ask ako sa lawyer ko forgot na kasi antagal na married na nga ata ulit un girl hehe

I am just thinking kas na, ganito ang sitwasyon ko, wrong spelling ang nasa marriage cert ko..baka sakaling makalusot, at pwede akong makakuha ng singleness. So pag nagkataon hindi ko na kelangan ng anulment kung magpapakasal ako ulit

I recently got annulled.  My question is, kailangan ba mag update na agad ng status sa sss, bir etc and change my surname back to my maiden name?

maglo loan kasi ako sa bank for house construction.  My loan is under my maiden name na kasi yung lot title maiden name ko na ginagamit.  Hinahanapan ako ng bank ng 2 valid ids for me to open a saving account with them.  Since my loan will be under my maiden name, I asked them if my new savings account can use my maiden name also.  Ang problem I cannot present 2 valid ids kase all of my ids are under my married surname. Pano ba dapat ang gawin ko? masyadong hassle magpalit lahat ng ids. Thanks for your advice in advance!

hi,

just want to share my existing "problem". my partner has filed for nullity of marriage and he lost (either pulpol ang lawyer or the client mismo).

you see, walang marriage license (fixer lang daw nag-asikaso), solemnizing officer was not authorized (expired license), yet talo.

i really don't know what really transpired inside the court (di din kasi ako makakuha maayos na sagot sa partner ko)

btw, he has 4 kids from the estranged & 2 from mine.

now, he's appealing..

question: me habol pa ba or aksaya lang?

@Indulgence12 did you happen to read the court resolution of the case kung bakit di na-grant? lahat naman may pag-asa.  (basta may pera ---just kidding).

@ sis bruce_lyn and JINJIN:* yung di nagsasama, mag fall sa psychological incapacity kasi marital obligation yun unless nag wowork sa ibang bansa yung asawa ninyo or kayo mismo nag wowork sa ibang bansa. however, DI MAGKAANAK or sterility or baog, IS NOT EQUIVALENT TO PSYCHOLOGICAL INCAPACITY.

Di ko masure if you were asking or nagshashare ka sa akin? hehe. anyway,kung walang pagsasama or never nagka anak ang grounds na gagamitin ay psychological Inc. now kung dahil nasa abroad palagi at hindi nagampanan ang obligasyon bilang mag asawa na dapat nag sasama, nagkaka anak. kung sasabihin mo na dahil nga nag abroad. Nasa lawyer ng petitioner  kung paano nya ieexcute ang petition. depende din kung kontra ang isa mahaba habang discussion sa court yun,.


I myself di kami nag sama at nagabroad ako after the wedding, we never lived together kahit ng bumalik ako. no kids.  Ang sabi ng lawyer ko I do not need to worry dahil ang situation ko ay nasa psychological grounds. kahit pa kontrahin ito ng ex ko. and I am annulled.

if talagang no marriage license madali lang ma null and void yan like you said baka hindi forte ng lawyer nyo ang annullment. kung nadecisionan na at denied. Pwde mo itong i appeal sa  court of appeal medyo matatagalan nga lang yan. Goodluck

my lawyer didn't use the word di kami nagka anak as a ground for psychological inc. what i am saying  is kasama na din yun and yes  itwas the marital obligation po. ginagamit ko lamang po ang laymans term dahil hindi naman po ako isang lawyer.   kung babasahin mo ang post ko i did'nt say I am a lawyer or ako po ay nagpapaliwanag bilang lawyer kundi base lamang sa akin napagdaan. at sa aking past post inilalagay ko din po dun they still need to consult their lawyer . THanks

some clarifications lang po, i've read sa 31 pages previous thread na 3 nights kong binasa na pwede magpa-nullify at void ng marriage ang ikinasal na walang parents consent plus di nagsama pag nagfile within 5 years after marriage.
what if 21 yrs old si girl tapos 24 si bf ko nung nagpakasal sila 2 years ago na walang parents consent. nagsama naman sila after marriage, mga 4 months lang na  straight then paputol putol na in less than 1 year kase nasa province si girl tapos nandito sa manila si bf. pasok po ba yon sa pwede ipa-nullify or psychological incapacitated na yun?

right, di ko nabasa yung court resolution. a month later ko na kasi nalaman coz inilihim pa sa akin. the pride in me at sa sama ng loob, have not bothered to ask him re his case anymore. .

everything is scripted daw.
but definitely it will cost u alot.

As long as your marriage has been judicially declared void, you can get married na.

I havent experienced anything like that because its harder than the usual court process. Sabi lang sakin. Better to have a civil wedding nalang rather than church.

I've read about the process but I was unaware if the PH RCC even allows it.

No Catholic church wedding then for someone I know.
