Have you ever handled Judicial Recognition of foreign divorce? I have a client kasi na gusto pa recognize divorce niya sa Japan here in the philippines. Kaso her case is unique.. She wasn ever married here in the Philippines but she needs a Judicial recognition as this is required by the Philippine Embassy to Osaka.

I find it weird lang for them to require my client a Judicial Recognition since there is no record here in the Philippines of the fact of her marriage in another country. Cases in this particular cause of action usually pertain to marriage solemnized here in the Philippines and wants remarries to another in another country.

like I always said dapat walang kontra sa both parties. madali ang annullment basta nasa friendlier court, judge at magaling ang lawyer mo. email kita later pasok muna ako.

my friend got married when he was 18 yrs old because nabuntis nya yung girl.. wala mommy nya dito that time nasa states.. kailangan pa rin ng parental consent sa ganong age di ba? kailangan pumirma ang parent/s sa marriage cert tama ba?

dahil wala nga dito yung mommy nya ang pumirma sa marriage cert nya is yung ate nya which is 25 yrs old by that time and walang power of attorney from her mom.. valid ba yung marriage nila?

no need for parental consent when he's already 18. legla age na siya. need lang parental advice. pero if wala yun, it doesnt make the marriage void. valid pa din siya

Hi tanong lang po. Yung bf ko kasi napikot sya... may naging gf sya na nabuntis nya. Tapos nung nag usap usap na yung parents nila, sabi ng parents ng bf ko nun wag muna ipakasal yung dalawa kasi they were both in college level still studying pa. Pero di pumayag yung tito ng babae and sabi pa ng tito ng girl ipakasal daw yung dalawa kahit sya na daw ang mag pa annul later on kung di mag click ang relationship ng pamangkin nya and ng bf ko. Labag man sa loob ng bf ko and ng parents ng bf ko, nag pakasal sila, civil lang. Sabi pa ng bf ko, he's not even sure kung legit ba yung nagkasal sa kanila. And sa maliit lang daw na room yun for what he remember..  After the civil wed. no communications at all, di sila nag sama. After 7 years kailangan nya makipag kita dun sa girl kasi nga mag ffile na ng annulment and para makasigurado kami na hindi sya mag ooppose. Pumayag naman yung girl basta sustentuhan lang yun bata. Malaki kaya ang chance na ma annul yung bf ko and yung girl? Hope someone can answer my question. Thanks in advance.

check the marriage contract muna sis,malay mo di sya legal then [textspeak!] ng annulment....
pumayag naman pala si girl eh then mukang malaki naman ang chance since di naman sila nagsama eh....

We tried na kumuha ng copy ng marriage cert. nila online... Edi nag ffill up na kami ng form kaso ang problem eh hindi nya alam yung fullname ng girl at kung anong araw sa buwan sila kinasal....  pano kaya yun?? di na namen mahagilap yung girl eh, last na nakausap namen was last year pa tapos etong year nag bago na ata ng cp number. di na din dun nakatira sa address na binigay samen. haayy..... pano kaya yun?

yes as long as meron ng certificate of finality sis. aside from decision yun.

My mom has a friend who can process annulments, kasi tio ko sa kanya nagpaprocess eh. Talagang yon ang forte niya kasi nagkakasal din siya alam ko. Ang alam ko hindi siya malaki maningil kasi sa city hall talaga siya nagwowork kaya mas mabilis access.

if ang ex-couples are married in Bohol, pwede kaya i-file yung annulment petition ng girl sa Manila? pero willing naman yung guy mag-cooperate for the annulment...
