If they got annulment, they cannot re-marry at any church. unless they process their marriage at the church to be null and void too. which is they have different procedure as far as i know. and mas mahirap mapawalang bisa ang kasal sa church, lam mo na kung bakit.

Would there be a problem if I get pregnant with my new partner while ongoing ang annulment? As the petitioner, I think I'd have to show up sa court right?

I think it took a year bago lumabas yung decision.  TS, don't bank on 6 months, iba iba yan.

at makapag trial ka before lumaki at obvious. my lawyer did that sa isang nakilala ko. hehe. if pregghy ka na
at halata better wait mag give birth

Well it could be tricky.. Of course the ground for annulment will be more solid if you're pregnant.

Same process sis. You need to have a lawyer, he/she will get all proofs of nullity of the marriage, serve it to your partner and wait for the courts decision to finalize it. My bro in law now had same problem and my cousin who is his lawyer have it fixed for him so he can marry my sister.

Yes same lang ang gastos. Kaso kasi since pinsan namin yung lawyer 150K lang siningil nya. Pero ang tanggapan ng annullment is 250K talaga.

As for gaano katagal, kasi sis depende yan sa connection ng lawyer mo. Since my cousin's mother was former judge at ombudsman, mas mabilis process sa sis ko. in two months, tapos na yung case nila.

if nullity of marriage ang expense depende pa din sa lawyer na makukuha mo. There are more times mas cheaper siya kasi walang psychologist need so it really depends sa  lawyer mo. and one more thing get a lawyer with package., example kasama na ang filing fee. processing fee, psychologist fee etc etc, kasi meron sisingilin ka ng cheaper pero sa  appearance fee ka tatagain.  kada hearing meron silang fee  reset man or hindi mag babayad ka.

Hi sis, If ikaw ang mag fifile ng annullment and pregnant ka. madedenied lang ang case mo. It's not
a solid and valid ground na maga grant ka.
ma grant gagawin at gagawin sa court, Then, here's your scenario pregnant ka at ikaw pa ang

Why do I know this? I have this chat mate who goes on annullment with my lawyer.  when the time
mag trial na siya she was 4 mos pregnant. and plan sana ni atty after giving birth kasi nga matatanong
siya why is she pregnant and to whom.

And if mapupuna nyo sa pre trial hearing pa lang. The judge will ask the petitioner if meron siyang
GF or BF. and pag hindi na turuan ng lawyer at umamin meron kabahan ka na. When my annullment is going

Kasi meron akong kaibigan bigamous marriage
ang ex nya . While sa trial ang tanong ng Judge bakit mo pina nullity why not kasuhan mo ang ex mo
of bigamous marriage.  Sagot ng friend ko? I just want my life to be free and move on with my life. G
GRANTED. Kitam sabihin na natin there are times hypocrite ang batas .Kahit pa nag papatayan na o
di na magkasundo " they said we want to protect marriage"

for nullity of marriage under that ground I mention.

annulment is no marriage from the start or hindi valid ang marriage  due to some grounds na prescribed ng batas. example, kinasal ng walang marriage license na hindi naman cohabiting for more than 5 years. or menor de edad kinasal.

ang divorce naman ay is to end a valid marriage.

sis may I correct lang. ang annullment valid from the start and you used psychological inc as ground para ma a
annulled. yun description mo ay para sa nullity of marriage. the marriage is void from the start due to
following reason. Minor, no parental consent, No marriage license or yun mga requirements for marriage
hindi nagawa. But meron tinatawag na prescriptive period yan dapat hindi lalagapas sa 5 years after marriage
ma ifile nila ng nullity of marriage.
Since wala naman tayong divorce  ang idescribe natin yun  meaning ng divorce sa other countries
dun simple lang  kahit ang reason mo ay " Irreconciable differences ( Hindi magkasundo) you can file
for divorce no need for psychologist testimonies
