sis yaco1 you can check sa marriage cert nila kung saan kumuha ng marriage license at verify nyo sa registrar kung wala or hindi sa kanila nakapangalan ang license they can file for nullity of marriage. not because hindi ka makakuha ng cenomar does'nt mean single ka. kung meron copy sa local registrar kung saan sila ikinasal ipapalate register lang yun at automatic magkakarecord sa main nso. ill give you example at ang example na yun ay ako. i got married dec 2001 i was supposed to leave the next day but cancelled.so I left jan 2002 for abroad then came back 2003.I check my status sa main nso and there's no copy of my marriage certificate there. akala ko naman single ako but when I verified sa lcr ng pinagkasalan namin I have record. on that day may nakilala ako na taga LCR santa rosa nag tanong ako bakit wala pa akong record sa main and he said kasi masyado ngang slow ang ibang mga LCR or hindi pa na uupdate ang data based ng main office.Sabi pa niya mag inquire ka after a year ulit makikita mo may record ka na. And true to his word 2004 i tried getting a copy at lumabas sa cenomar ko ang kasal namin ni ex.i also inquire kung totoo un papabunot daw yun copy sa main.Sabi niya there's no such thing kasi kung mapupuna ko kahit ilang beses tayong mag request ng copy nakakapag produce sila kasi nasa data based nila ang record. And share ko din I met a girl ganun ang pinagawa nya she paid 70 thousand kasi naka filed sya for petition and hindi alam ng parents nya nagpakasal siya. kaya ayun nasayang lang 70k niya nag file din siya ng annullment na granted naman. kasi non consumation just like my case.Pls take not kung ma find out ninyo na from the start not valid ang marriage due to, minor, no parental consent, no marriage license etc it doesnt mean automatic hindi na need mag file ng nullity of marriage. Need pa din ifile ito sa korte para magkaron ng decision at mabago ang status at mababago lang to sa granted na decision ng court.kaya yun iba na dodoble ang ipapa nullity kasi akala nila not valid from the start hindi na need mag file. hindi po ganun un. kasi may record ka na at hindi babaguhin ng nso yun unless me kautusan ang korte. Wow bruce_lyn, thank you so much sa mga sinabi mo. It helped my friend a lot. Actually naisip na rin niya yung "pabunot" ng record sa NSO. Kaso I told him na more or less, hindi effective yun. Magsasayang lang siya ng pera and in the end, kailangan pa rin niya magfile ng annulment or declaration of nullity. I talked to another friend of mine regarding this and she said to check if there's some sort of a number indicated on the marriage contract. That number will prove daw if they indeed have an actual marriage license issued to them. Sa pagkakaalam mo, ano ang mas mabilis na process in court? Declaration of nullity or annulment? Chaka alin ang mas mura dun? Also, can you PM me your lawyer's contact details and how much his services cost? My friend's currently looking for one. I hope he's not too expensive. ako din po may question. gusto din magpaannul ng partner ko from his ex-wife. they've got married nung 2003 and hindi naman nagsama after the wedding and after 3 months wala na silang communication totally wala din silang kids. so ngayon after 8 years i got pregnant with him and decided na magpakasal, pero need niya muna pa annul syempre. hindi na niya alam kung nasan yung girl, he just saw her 2 years ago sa mall with a man and a kid siguro ayun na yung partner niya and anak but he did not approach her kaya hindi niya alam kung san na nakatira. madali bang maannul kapag ganito situation? ano ba pwedeng grounds nila?
hi mga sissesquestion po.. may kilala po ako na ikinasal sa church and she got an annullment .. nakarecord na NSO null and void ab initio nakasulat sa certificate.. ibig sabihin annulled din sa church so she can remarry sa church?
