hi sis brucelyn! i know expert ka na about annulment because you've been there na. may question lang ako, parang nabasa ko kasi to sa mga posts mo before about annulment...is it true na possible na yung marriage license ng isang couple na naka indicate sa marriage certificate nila, sometimes eh nakaregister na sa ibang couple? and if mapatunayan na di sainyo yung number na yun, pwede yun gamiting grounds for annulment kasi the marriage is void from the start? thanks in advance sis!
how true na 2 years of being separated from each other will be harder for an annulment to be granted kaysa 5 years? may kinalaman ba ang number of years na magkahiwalay kayo sa paggrant ng annulment? mas madali ba talaga if mas matagal na kayong hiwalay?
ako din may question about annulment regarding my parent's separation. 8 yrs na silang walang communication or hindi nag sasama kasi my mom is working abroad for that long. magiging madali lang kaya sa kanila ang process ng annulment since parehas silang agree at pipirma ? how long will it takes at mahal kaya? magkano ba usually nagagastos sa pag papa annul? after ma i-grant ang annulment, pwede na ba sila ulit magpakasal? thanks mga sis.
hi! just a question po sa mga na-annul na ang marriage... my brother-in-law kasi recently got remarried, and according to him, the previous marriage was already annulled. I just recently got to talk to my orig sis-in-law and according to her aware sya na gusto na magpa-annul ni brother-in-law ko, pero she NEVER signed any papers, but she received na lang a notice just recently na anulled na ang marriage nila. I'm not sure how it happened, pero hindi naman posible na ma-annul na walang pirma ng both parties right? If this is the case and my SIL was saying the truth, how on earth was my BIL allowed to remarry? Puede ba sya magdemanda? The unfortunate thing here is wala din kami nakitang papers kasi itinago ni BIL sa family na magpapa-annul sya, at nalaman lang namin na ikakasal sya a week before the wedding. Winner. Also, pag sa annulment po ba included ang clause about responsibility sa kids who are minors(one turning 8 and the other turning 7 in October)? They have two kids kasi, and they're living with MIL, I just wanted to make sure they will be well provided for since either parents will be living at my MIL's home na with the kids. (kawawang mga bata). Thanks po in advance!
Hi,My friend needs help so I'm posting this for him. Here's the story:Girl got pregnant. So both of them decided to get married (civil wedding). Boy has connections inside the city hall so he just got the marriage contract, went home and signed the papers along with the girl. In short, walang nag officiate na government official sa kasal nila. Now, they both want to get an annulment. But I think this is a ground for nullity of marriage (null and void) since wala namang nag officiate sa kasal nila. My friend wants to know if kailangan pa ba magfile ng annulment and go through the long expensive process or merong easier way and less costly? Thanks in advance.
