Side kwento: i lived with some officemates in a staff house back in 1999. In one of our inuman sessions, sabi ko in 5 years kaya friends pa din tayo? Hee. Some of these people are the true-est friends i have. I hope we build the same kind of friendships here. Hee. Drama.

Rata, if you get a kindle, dapat yata kindle books lang din. Not sure. I have an ipad and i have both kindle and ibooks installed. Yung mga galing sa 4shared, i read using ibooks. Sa kindle i only have a couple of books, ayaw ko kasi bumili. Hee.

Ok naman ipad for reading. At least sa old ipad ko kasi matte yung screen protector non. Di naman sumakit mata ko. Some people say better daw pag kindle and other ebook readers kasi e-ink. Parang papel din daw yung tingin sa screen. Pero ok naman ako sa kpad. My ipad2 now eh glossy ang screen protector na nilagay ni hubby. Havent tried reading an ebook kung ok din. May educational naman na apps in case you'll let your kids use it.

Lisa, ang first friend ko dito sa GT si Joefe (quixotic).  Nag-bond kami dahil sa party planning.   Buntis pa lang kasi siya pinaplano na niya ang baptism ng daughter niya.  She sent me a PM regarding Bizu's dessert buffet.  Tapos, when her daughter turned 1 year old, she invited me, along with several GTers sa party.  I have attended parties din of other fellow GT members, including kay Kyle ni Pia.   So kung friends pa tayong lahat (and I have a good feeling magiging ganoon) by 2014, will invite you girls sa 7th birthday.  Marami akong ideas ngayon pa lang haha.

Last year, Ally (hunny_ally) attended the kids' birthday party.  Hindi na active si Ally here.

Re GT friends naman - here are the ones I've been friends for a long time na (nakilala ko naman sa Women's Reproductive thread). Si qtlips (di na active sa GT pero FB friends kame), reese_margaret and skipper. Tapos si marose also

Marose - si Joy (bump) naman yung friend ko dito, pero kahit iniinvite nya kami sa birthday nung second son nya na ka-name ni Destructo at 1 month apart lang kami nanganak, hindi kami nakapunta kasi wala kami that time.  Yung iba, lagi ko rin ka-pm. Kaya lang nawala nga ako ng matagal so hindi ko na maalala yung iba.  Si Lisa nga, ka-kwentuhan ko about books haha.  na-alala ko si Ally, even si Sam, and Pia, naalala ko. Parang si Lia din. 

Grabe, ang sipag nyo talaga sa parties.  Ako napapagod.  Sign of aging na talaga.  Kasi noon naman enjoy ako sa wedding planning ko (my wedding and my sister's soon after mine). Ngayon, wala. Well, si husband kasi gusto nya 7 years old mag party mga bata na party talaga.  We just celebrate the yearly parties na kainan lang with family. Tapos small ones sa school.

Lisa - ok ba? sa ibang thread nga, hindi ako nagmemention ng names ng mga moms dito, first letter lang ng names nila haha.

Hi ladies! Ang haba na ng thread, no time to backread though.

Si Joefe friend ko din sya sa FB. She throws lavish parties, kainggit pero ibang level ang budget nya para don hehe.

Been with GT since 2003, ang dami nang GTalkers na nag-come and go but it was only when I got pregnant that I really got to be friends with GTalkers. Dati, tamang post lang pag may gusto i-ask or i-share.

Busy and puyat ang drama ko today. I decided not to drive to work today kase mas napapagod ako and we have a wedding to attend to tomorrow morning. Kaya hinatid ako ni hubby kanina and he'll pick me up tomorrow when I get off at 6am. After nyan eh ligo na kagad and set na ng hair for my experimental curls. Please wish me luck na hinde ako magmukhang bruha hahaha.

marose, my daughter's school is Kidschool in dr. lazcano street across romulo's. it's not popular kasi old school si directress, kakagawa lang ng FB page last march hehe.

im now looking for possible gradeschool na sana progressive or montessori. will check raya, community of learners and the learning tree later this year siguro.

right now my daughter is taking summer ballet sa Pail and Shovel, it's also a preschool pero sa cubao na.

maussie, since you mentioned again na ilonngo ka...naalala ko na magcomment pala sa post mo about the price of oysters in iloilo.. alam mo, nung single ako almost every year kami sa iloilo at dun ako natuto kumain ng talaba..first time ko pa was merienda time..bigla lang na-tripan ng dad ko na pumunta sa resto (Tatoy's yata name) just to eat talaba. sarap super fresh kasi.

sa 1st bday din ng bebe ko i'll invite you girls! nung first bday din ng eldest ko may gters ako na invited pero di na sila active ngayon.

Ako din, dati na ako GT pero di masyado active (different GT name pa nun  ); nabwisit kase ako sa 1 thread dun sa Women's Reproductive Health  long story) I changed lang to "redrose" nung late 2008 I think. Active ako sa WRH since then (dun ko na-meet mga GT friends ko now FB friends na din) at mas naging active nitong mommy na 

Nung binyag ni baby, I invited a few GTers (qtlips, skylar-ddm, skipper, reese_margaret and lyn) kasama na si sis marose kaso since pa-pasko break na nun, may mga lakad na din. I'll check sa 1st birthday ni baby if I can invite everyone too! Balak ko talaga mag over invite since pa-undas yun and for sure dami di makakarating  The more, the merrier di ba?  Speaking of, di pa ako nakapag send ng list ng decors kay Apple  Oh my! gawin ko na nga!

Ang favorite threads ko talaga before I got preggy are Let's Primp and Prettify and Fashionistas Unite. I got a lot of nice product reviews and make up tips and tricks from there. Jan talaga na-develop ang kaartehan ko haha

Hello mommies!

Mag 2years palang ako sa GT. Naging active ako nung preggy ako. Unang naging friends ko yung sa due date club namin. Hindi na sila active ngayon, pero minsan nagkakausap pa rin sa ym at FB. Then sa childcare and childbirth thread na. And syempre kayo na ang mga virtual friends ko super happy na walang pinipili ang mommies dito. Kahit sino, basta ayos, go at friends!

I wanted to invite you guys sana nung birthday, pero magulo at super liit ng place. So kapag nakaipon na kame at may big party sa 3rd birthday, I will invite you guys pero kung hindi pa keri ng budget, sure na sa 7th birthday! Matagal tagal pa ang time para magsave. Lol. Sana by that time, friends friends pa rin sana magdilang anghel ka Lisa but I'm pretty sure friends pa rin. Drama mode din.

Eto mga una ko din naging friends dito sa GT aside dun sa due date club thread. Si Van, lage ko kachat lalo na kapag baby stuff si Pia, kahit anong chika! But we have one fave topic. Lol! hello sago! absent ako kanina at whole day ako nasa labas kanina since kailangan ayusin ang mga renewal ng pass namin ni hubby. monday naman passport ang drama ko at pupunta pa sa immigration sabay ayos ng dependent pass card ni J. it's going to be a longgggg day on monday in short.

van, regarding kilay, harhar you're not alone wa ako knows masyado sa pagshape ng kilay and i rely on my friend nalang sa pagshashape ng almost non-existing kilay ko. nung pumunta cya dito last november, nagpashape pa ako sa kanya with matching trim ng bangs ko sabi ko yun na ang bayad nya sa pagstay nya sakin for 2 nights

maussie, ang MAC d cya ganun ka ok for sensitive skin lalo na foundations nila. originally, their makeup is formulated for shoots mga tipong ganun. heavy duty kumbaga. blush nila ok naman sakin. i have sensitive combination skin btw. suki ako ng skin asthma sa kasawiang palad but manageable, salamat sa avene skincare products na ginagamit ko namimiss ko ang mga talaba sa iloilo 'teh! hay baboy ever kami ng asawa ko pagdating sa oysters. basta fresh aynako open na open ang bottomless pit ko dyan

lisa, anong foundation ng chanel yung walang refill or hindi refillable? ang alam ko most of their foundations refillable. ok skincare ng skiseido, suportahan taka jan sa plano mong yan...

re: mamas & papas, wala sa takashimaya. nagcheck rin ako sa the first years at paragon kanina waley rin. i think sa mums & babes lang meron tong brand na to dito. puros maclaren, bugaboo, mamalove, etc lang nakita ko, no mamas & papas 

marcia, speaking of bb creme, nung manganganak na ako loko tong asawa ko, kasi i really took my time to shower, mag heavy brekky, at mag double check ng hospital bag. special mention ang magayos bago pumunta ng hospital. nung naglalagay ako ng bb creme, sabi ba naman sakin, "manganganak ka na nga lang, magaayos ka pa?" sabi ko, ayokong manganak na mukhang bagong panganak at alam kong pipicturan mo ako. BOW! napakamot nalang ng ulo asawa ko siempre
