what's the best free app for creating photo collages? yung ibang apps free nga for installation but you have to pay naman if you want to use a certain layout.   any suggestions?

also yung tumblr app ko, whenever i try to log in, yung log in button nya ayaw gumana. i already entered my user id and password but when i tap the log in button, it doesn't do anything.
