For iPad users, the following are must-haves:

Flipboard - this is super cool, like reading Facebook and Twitter and news, magazine style
Terra Browser - alternative to Safari, better kasi you can use tab browsing parang sa laptop
Vevo - view your favorite music videos for free!
Kindle - Kindle has more books available than iBooks, so this is very useful
Simolepedia - wikipedia for iPad, but it saves all your search history so you can read them even offline

Others I like:
Scrabble - wait for it to go on sale at 0.99
App start - a guide to the best apps out there

For iPhone:
Soundhound and Shazam - the best when you hear a song you dont know the title or artist, just use this to identify it
Get Running - Couch to 5k for dummies!
