marose, thanks. i will take note of dr dimalanta. st lukes kasi talaga or asian ang preferred hospitals namin. though lately ang hirap m ag-park sa asian. maybe i will ask dr chen for a referral na din ng pedia ophtha sa st lukes.

rata, can i get the name please of the pedia ophtha sa asian. thanks.

kim, will text you the number in a while. nakita ko na eh nasa ground floor. may sign sa may door.

Kim, I hope we can get together soon para ma-comfort kita :) But Marose is right, important na in sync kayo ng partner mo with values and plans especially now that you have a daughter. Having a relationship is one thing but having a kid changes things even more.

Pag nasa house kame, they try to gather her little hair into a little ponytail and she looks so cute! When i look at clips and bows at the mall, si hubby react kagad, wala pa ngang hair masyado eh. Ayaw nya yata mag-dalaga kagad baby girl nya hehe

Hello mommies!

Kim, hope you're okay!

Bakit kaya?

Jai, Dr. Pauline is not accredited with any HMO.  P1000 ang PF niya per check-up for old patients.  I'm not sure if pareho for new patients.

Paano mo nasabing hyper?

Does K watch cartoons and tv shows?  Ingat ka.  The content of the program per se is not the culprit in ADD/ADHD cases.  It's how fast the images are projected that affects the wiring of the brain stems eh.  That's why tv is a no-no for babies as young as K.

My rule is kapag 5-7 days ng may ubo, kailangan check-up to rule out pneumonia.

No problem Kim :) dito lang kame for you. Bbm mo lang ako :)

Marose, thanks sis. Hehe. Mga less than 2.5k-3k sana, if meron.

Malikot sya, as in. And pansin namin lahat na inipin sya. 3 kasi sila, 1 girl and 2 boys.

Thanks sis :)

Tin, I just remembered.  Somebody in the dev ped thread posted that Dr. Stella Manalo, a dev ped, has a clinic at the new doctors' wing of PGH.  Baka mas reasonable ang rate there.  Maganda raw ang clinics sa new wing.  My husband took my kids there for a check-up with their pedia last Feb kasi nagka hand foot and mouth disease ang kids ko. Eh, we did not want to consult other doctors kasi kampante na kami kay Dr. Bautista na assistant ni Dr. Silvestre, their pedia/neonatologist.

Ang first assessment, mahal talaga kasi matagal yun.  Mga 1 1/2-2 hours na consultation.  May gagawing diagnostic tools to check K's development.

Yes, stop mo ang tv. Pati sweets and junk food.  Nakaka-hyper ang mga yun.  Read books instead.  Walang maidudulot na mabuti ang early exposure sa tv, based on my independent research on the matter.

Or no no din to? Wala kasing lasa, baka kaya ganun. Hirap ako pakainin sya, picky eater! Gusto matatamis! Tsk tsk.

May sked din, hindi first come first served basis like sa old building.

This is the trunkline:  708-0000.  Ask to be connected to Dr. Stella Manalo's office.

Hello mommies!  ;D

Ang daming topic na nakaka-relate ako. LOL!

Re solid foods, I've given Y potato na today. Okay naman, she can finish an ice cube size na. I let her finish the food then we clap our hands ni HH pag naubos. I don't allow na di nya ubusin para di masanay as early as now  ;) next sa Potato siguro is Avocado or Carrots naman.

Re clips, I have one pair now for Y pero bigay lang yun ng SIL ko. It's plastic kaya di siya nakakasugat sa bumbunan. But I'm scouting na rin of other designs kase sooner, kakapal na din hair nito. What I'm into previously naman are hairbows. I have 3 for her na and ordered 3 more last night via FB seller.

LOL! kaya after Mother's day na lang. She said no need to buy na daw EMLA cream basta early kame punta sa clinic para dun na i-apply then after ikot ikot muna, then in an hour, pwede na butasan.

Happy Anniv to Luz and hubby!  :)

lisa, balitaan mo ako kung nacheck ulit PCOS mo. i'm not sure kasi kung meron pa yung akin kasi sonologist lang ang nag U/S sakin nung nasa pinas ako when i found out i'm preggy, not my ob. mukhang june/july ko pa malalaman ano update sa pcos ko, hassle. oh well kaysa naman dito ako magpacheck up, mahallll :P

as per J's kalikutan, nakupo mukhang advanced ata cya, kanina nagulat ako gumilid cya! parang gusto nya ata lapitan yung "hippie the hippo" toy nya. let's see kung uulit ang paggilid nya.

rata, can i get the name please of the pedia ophtha sa asian. thanks.

Dr. Barbara Roque - 7719253. May saturday clinic sched sya the last time we went.  She's good. Young pa.

@Grayce - ako I'm taking metformin now para lang daw hindi magdevelop to diabetes later on sabi ng endo ko. My OB said nga weird daw ako that I have PCOS (I only found out when I went for a check up since I was pregnant nga) yet I was able to conceive right away.  Not to mention, matanda na ako when I got married and got pregnant.

@Kim - nawawala ako sa situation mo with your husband, will backread muna.  Just pray dear. Hirap talaga pag ibang sets ng values.
