HMUA: Berny Tia. Nag trial make up na ako sa kanya for free. :DHappy ako and sobrang satisfied sa trial make-up ko.

i got berny tia din when i went for free TMU from sis chelle's recommendation. to think na i already reserved another HMUA a? haha!! magaan talaga sya kausap and yung foundation ko talagang lapat na lapat sa skin! ganon ako nagandahan sa TMU ko with mam berny haha! just food for thought in case meron sa inyo dyan na thinking of getting her

^^ super ok ba talaga siya? airbrush ba siya? my skin is soooooo problematic kasi as in blemishes and oiliness galore. kaya i need a really good make-up artist. LOL. 

update: i'll be meeting up with my couturier tomorrow! yehey! his name is Ron de Torres and wala pa masyadong feedback about him here sa GT. He made my sister's and sis-in-law's gowns for a wedding last December and pulido siya gumawa. He quoted me 16k for my gown and I'm keeping my fingers crossed na magiging maganda gown ko. Otherwise, ipapagulpi daw siya ng kuya ko. Char! Haha.

Hi to all soon to be brides out there! I just signed up for this because i want to share to all of you our experience with Nez Cruz. Anyone who is interested in getting him pagisipan nyo mga sis! You might be deceived with what you see in his blog, you would think magaling sya kasi maganda yung nasa blog niya and that there's more to come, wala na, yun na yun! We didn't get the package w/ the album but he told us there will be edited photos and just turned around wala daw, raw lang daw! What a liar! Hindi naman siguro ako t**** to hire a photographer to just point and shoot, we got him for his artistic side of editing and presenting beautiful photos pero maling mali ako dun! If its just raw why make us wait for 3 months! We felt insulted walang edited pics w/ our families. Madaming magaling pa diyan and professional. Wala nga kaming clear portrait ng husband ko that we could enlarge for print out! Sa mga brides out there! There's like a thousand photographers out there, don't make a mistake of getting Nez Cruz.

Also he was late for our wedding. What a dissapointment!

we had the same photog and i have the same sentiments.  i loved our prenup pics but i was dissapointed in the wedding pics.

Welcome sis Kiehl. for me it is never too early para magprepare ka ng wedding mo. Mas ok nga yun kasi unang una mas madami kayo time for planning ang preps then, kung mag papareserve kayo as early as now. Maglock nyo yung current rates ng suppliers, kahit dec 2013 pa wedding mo. Mas tipid.

how much naman did you pay for you WC?  And they contact guests as well?  Kasi the worst that can happen in a wedding is to see a lot of vacant seats.

Can we post the prices of the suppliers here para may guide din kaming incomplete pa ang suppliers?

Usually ba if may coordinator, ano yung scope ng work niya for us?  Say... we get the 6 months before the wedding coordination

yes you may post prices as per wedding coordination, ano bang klase ang kailangan mo? yun ang tanong. kung tipong wala ka pang naibook maski isa, kelangan mo ng full coordination. kung tipong naibook mo na ang lahat tapos ang problema mo na lang eh yung mag aasikaso sa araw ng wedding OTD lang kailangan mo but there are some WC's kasi na extra mile ang trabaho nila. be careful in choosing WC's tip lang yan. as per rsvp thing, ikaw pa rin ang gagawa nyan in coordination with your WC. ako i've just learned that iasa mo ang lahat sa WC huwag lang ang rsvp thing kasi yun ang naexperience ko that i've put my trust too much kasi nga pre wedding pa lang maasikaso naman si WC that pero ang ending ako rin ang sumakit ang ulo and worst nung wedding pa sila nag mess... but then mine is just an isolated case. yung ibang reviews naman nya ok lang eh... nalungkot lang ako kasi sa akin pa nangyari kakabudget ko sa WC ayan budgeted din ang service hehe... it felt that way

Hi there newbie here. Is it too early para mag prepare for our wedding Nov or Dec 2013 pa naman sya. 

based on experience its not early na po mas maganda if you will reserve now kung me budget na rin lang so you can lock the suppliers rate for this year bago sila mag increase lalo na ang chruch at venue andami na nagpapabook as early as now

well, she has an affordable and friendly rate among others... kaya sa iba na wala pang HMUA, she has free trial until June 30 that you might want to take advantage 101% sure and guaranteed walang pagsisisi talaga... she will do whatever look that you want to achieve

ako i didnt have free trial sa totoo lang kasi katwiran ko talaga, ang mahal ng TMU tapos buburahin ko lang din naman... at bahala na system ang pinairal ko. isa sa mga sugal yun since am on a tight budget. wedding ko na tapos what if hindi ko magustuhan ang make up? but then Berny really achieved what i look i wanted...

tapos yung make up na gamit ni Berny super waterproof! tagaktak na ang pawis ko sa altar hindi man lang nagsmudge kahit punas ako ng punas. and ang winner sa lahat yung mascara nya kasi long lasting dahil kahit naghilamos na ako andun pa rin hehe...

btw, i have someone who'll make my wedding gown...finally!!!! we were able to meet him yesterday lang, the day before the pamamanhikan (kanina lang pamamanhikan, e. hehe.). Ron de Torres is from Pasig, super small lang yun shop niya as in sa bahay lang. But I saw his works kasi siya din gumawa ng gowns ng sister and sister-in-law ko last December, and I think ok naman. My gown costs 16k plus pahihiramin pa niya ako ng body form. Buti naman, di na ako mamomroblema where i will hang my gown.  Here's my short blogpost about our first meet-up.

About Berny sis, like sa sinabi ni sis chelle_peachy0524 super like ko! hindi sya natatanggal agad. Traditional Make-up lang ako nung trial ha. May dumikit kasi sa face ko napansin ng sis ko e ayaw matanggal. Ginawa ng sis basang tissue pinangtanggal dun, ayun di pa rin natanggal make-up ko. yung dumi nawala. as in yung tissue tinignan namin walang dumikit na make-up. Sabi nga ng sis ko wow ang ganda ng make-up na gamit nya ha.

Thanks mga sis! Feeling kasi ng h2b ko msyado pang early to prepare. Nag coconsolidated na kasi ako ng mga suppliers para ma discuss na lang namin before the end of the year then ready na kaming mag pa book. Meron lang akong nakikitang possible na maging problema sa side ni h2b. Wag naman po sana.

sis Kiehl, karaniwan sis kasama na sa reception venue yung sound system. clarify mo rin sa kanila para mas sure ka. para sakin important samin yun sound system, kasi yun magbibigay buhay sa reception. may program kami so isa sa important yung sounds. for sound system try mong contact rejectkrew 8k yung kuha namin sa kanila.

for the singers naman depende sa inyo yan. kasi kami sa reception wala na kaming singers. si rejectkrew na bahala sa sounds, provide na lang kami ng list ng songs sa kanila. sa church naman, since di kasama sa package nila yung choir, iniisip namin is yung friend na lang namin kakanta or mag-CD na lang kami para tipid. hehe.

Thanks sis Dukhang Adbenturera! Basic sound system lang nakalagay sa quote ng reception, as for the church baka CD na lang para nga tipid hehe. Budgeted lang kasi talaga to and gusto ko maging strict dun sa 100 pax lang.   

Dapat ako masunod kasi ako na huling ikakasal sa side ko and si h2b lang talaga ang ikakasal sa side nila.

Ok lang ba na wag na mag souvenirs? I attending weddings kasi and usually they end up as trash. Sorry for that, pero yun talaga ang totoo.. Good idea kaya na yung cupcakes na wedding cake na din ang souvenirs?
