PM is effective in my opinion, but it severely f*cked up my cycle. I have the ideal period kase.. like regular and will range from 28-30 days lang.. when I initially went on PM, 40 days walang period, I also tried having a period in 20 days... It was madly f*cked up for 6 months. I experimented when to take, when to stop.. and luckily I found a good cycle for me. Lumaki boobs ko mga 1- 1 1/2 cup siguro. My bf also noticed ( I never told him I was taking anything, he just noticed it) and is complaining about the pills. (hilig kase siya maliit na boobs (: or bias lang sa boobs ko, maliit kase noon) ngayon full B to C cup na ako. (3 years on PM) no plans of stopping yet out of fear na mawala boobs ko I wont really recommend it, just sharing my experience because I cannot guarantee its safety.

^Sis, when do you take it that makes it work for you without messing with your cycle? Do you also take other herbs aside from PM?

This is also my problem with PM, irregular period. I tried luteal muna and when it didn't work, tried follicular phase naman. Okay sana ang follicular kaso bumabalik din sa dati when I stop taking PM.

^take it na walang period sis, sa first day na period will stop, then 10 days stop na before the next period.

^ is it possible na pwede rin na irreg yung period mo because on and off yung pagtake mo ng PM? Ako may effect siya talaga.

To be honest, I don't recommend PM for those na irreg yung mens, kase you're supposed to follow your mens cycle... but if the cycle is screwed then...

^Ang nangyayari kasi it will work naman but after mga 3-4 months nagiging irreg ako so tumitigil ako magPM. Tumitigil kasi ako everytime na nagiging irreg ako, tapos pag regular na ulit ako saka ako nagtetake ng PM pero ibang cycle naman. Kaya on and off pagtake ko. Like ngayon regular na ulit ako so try ko ulit magPM. Maybe I'll also try to start with lower dosage, baka nabibigla din ang katawan ko.

Kahit ako rin di ko masasabing recommended ang PM, matapang talaga as an herb pero ito lang din kasi yung pinakaeffective for me. Baka I'll stop PM na totally pag patuloy pa rin irreg ako.

Hey guys. So i have been seeing na maraming nagbebenta sa Shopee ng tin's organic breast enhancing oil and they show photos of "testimonials from buyers" na super effective daw niya. But wala pa rin akong nakikitang reviews from blogs. I just want to know if may nakapag-try na ba nito sa inyo and if effective ba talaga siya? I'm currently trying bovine ovary so i can't try it for myself since herbal based (ata) yung massage oil and it was advised not to use herbal creams/oils with BO. Mura lang yung massage oil (around P200 lang)

^ I've tried this pero di ko sure if may effect kasi di ko nagagawa consistently. Mura kasi kaya napatry din ako. I think dedication need para makita if effective. Saan ka nakabili ng bovine ovary? Ok ba yan kahit naka birth control pills?

^ i got mine sa swansonvitamins.ph been using it for almost 2 months na and so far pag nagme-measure ako ganun pa rin size ko pero i felt na mas nag-full yung boobs ko. I'll wait til 3 months before i say kung effective ba siya or not. Then maybe i'll switch to herbals like PM or fenugreek. Mahal kasi ang BO program kasi you need kelp (to increase body temp) and protein shake pero permanent results daw eh
