no specific time to drink diane, basta dapat you take it the same time everyday. inumin mo after ng mens mo. yun lang.

^thanks sis! first pill ko kahapon nakalimutan ko pa right after lunch kaya around 1pm ako everyday. i thought 2nd day ng mens ang paginom?  anyway, mukhang last day ko naman na ngayon. bahala na. HAHA.

Update: (2nd month - 6 days) Puera Rose Panic SOS
-hindi na ako nag double dose
-PARANG nadadagdagan na.Hindi pa measurabe pero I can feel it 
-1 pack(15 tablets) pero I have 2 packs mga sis. So all in all meron akong 30 tabs
-irregular ako so depende kung magkaroon agad ako. Either take ko ng 21 days or 28 days

Ive given up on pills because there was a time that it really messed up my cycle and i even noticed it shrank my boobs. scary. I'm now gonna try breast cups/suction devices. I purchased kangzhu cups from amazon (works like noogleberry) but a lot cheaper. I was thinking about bosom beauty which is more of like continuous suction, its made in china. they said it is more effective..though read a lot of mixed reviews about it. mas misact daw ng bongga. it can be purchased from gismostore.com. anyone thinking of trying these systems mga sis? anhirap talaga magpalaki. super flat talaga. haha

hi! i am using diane35. 1st day of my 2nd pack last night. i took my first pack everyday for 21 days at 1pm (+/- 4hrs. well, honestly make it up to 6hrs. haha.). now for my 2nd pack, i'll take it at 10pm (+/-4hrs). okay lang naman yun diba?

PS: i am happy kasi expected ko magkaroon last monday and sakto nga, first day ko nung monday. sana di masira cycle ko. though di naman kasi ako talaga regular.

mag malunggay na lang kaya tayo hehe..990php every month parang hindi ko kaya i maintain to keep the results..

Take mo sya sis sa after ng period mo sis.Hmm ang ginagawa ko bumibili ako ng dalawang pack kasi lam ko dapat take mo sya na naaayon sa cycle mo.Ako kasi irregular ako.Ginagawa ko 28 days.Yung 2 na sobrang tablets dinodouble dose ko lang sa last 2 days ko ng pag inom.

Kung 21 days ka talaga bago magkaroon sis, need mo bumili 2 packs tapos inom ka once a day for 21 days then stop and wait for your period to come

After ng pack ko for this month baka magtry nalang ako ng Gogo Big or Night Bomber .Wala ako makitang effect kahit onti :/

I'm really tempted to buy night bomber kaso hindi naman nakalagay ang ingredients, I can't find it. Nagdadalawang isip pa ako kasi baka may cause ng acne sa akin. I might opt for Windee bomb, at least iyon sa bbs lang talaga pinapahid hindi iniintake.

Nag take ako ng bagong pill yung Althea di naman lumaki boobs ko, huhu. Kala ko pag may estrogen na aka combined pill, OK na ko e di pala. wala lang balik 32A na ko 2 years after giving birth. Nakakalungkot lahat ng bra ko B kasi dati malaki naman. Parang paliit nang paliit.

Ayoko naman magrisk sa mga iniinom kasi ayoko magkababy ulit.
