I'm seeing results with ainterol after how many months hindi naman nawawala yung laman na idinagdag niya mula nung unang take ko. Ok na ok na ako sa 34B full ko. Gusto ko na sana siya imaintain kaso tinatakot ako ni boyfriend na baka in the long run magkabreast cancer ako 

nagkakalaman at cleavage na ako haha tapos ngayon ko lang naranasan yung kapag nagbabra umaapaw yung laman dati kasi half-full lang mga bra ko hahaha!

Pueraria Mirifica (PM) is very strong so girls with irregular periods, PCOS or estrogen dominance should be more careful.  I switched muna to Ovarian Glandular bcoz im very thin and PM daw works better with those who are not skinny like a BMI (body mass index) of 18-20.  So far 4 months na sa new program i gained 2 cm.  Slowly but surely i hope!

Ive got this feeling that my boobs got a little bit smaller than usual. I weigh 60 kg before. And now that im 54 kg i feel light. The pueraria mirifica capsules help. Muntikan na akong magmukhang lalaki dati. Ang suggestion ko sis papayat ka muna hanggang maachieve mo yung goal mo (like me, I'm 47 kg) Then saka mo itake yung mga breast enhancer na gusto mo itry tapos dapat maintain working out. Baka kasi tumaba ka lang pag tinigil mo. Lumaki nga boobs mo tumaba ka naman, useless. Tapos magpapayat ka na naman mawawala na naman boobs mo.

So now, nagmaintain lang ako ng figure at nagmaintain lang ako ng boobs. Hindi naman ganun kalaki gusto ko like I've said, 5ft lang ako. Anything bigger than my 34B is too much na for my liking (and for my bf's liking haha!)

Nagback read ako sa mga naunang threads ng breast enhancement at nabasa ko yung voluifiline/voluplus. Nagresearch na ako and I found two products na may volufiline, I think meron din nito yung wellnessdepot na pinagbilan ko rin ng pm.

Tangap ko na hindi pwede sa akin ang phytoestrogen herbs dahil acne prone ako at may history ng pcos so madali talagang maging imbalance ang hormones ko.  pm works though. I'll try volufiline, hoping it will work.

Sis paano nakakatulong ito sa BE? Ngayon ko lang kasi na-encounter 'to for BE. I'm skinny rin kasi.

Edit: Okay, na-research ko na siya. So it's adaptogenic pala, but is it similar to Maca? And what brand are you using? Saan mo nabili?

U mean yung Ovarian Glandulars? Im using Swansons brand which I bought online and my sister bought back to Pinas from the US.  Pero Swansons also ships to the Phils. Kaya lang mas mahal. 

Actually, Ovarian Glandulars or Bovine Ovaries (BO) works with the concept that "like heals like".  By taking BO the human ovaries are stimulated to produce more of its own hormones.  Its like triggering a second puberty daw.  That's why boobs grow.  Its not like herbs or PM na we increase estrogen levels from the outside. So, im trying this one out while gaining weight so that when I reach my goal weight of at least 45 kg. I can switch back to PM.

Maca, i also tried last year but stopped using kasi i got more acne than usual.  It raises testosterone daw.  Hindi ako hiyang.
