Mine got bigger by 1 inch, Wala naman ako ginagawa masyado. Pero eto lang nakita kong effect after doing this stuff:
1. I always. (ALWAYS) eat fatty food/oily stuff. And I always drink Soya. **Catch : After eating fatty or oily food, you should do your exercise the next few days. or dapat palagi mo bnburn yung iniintake mo.
2. I always massage my boobies every now and then, Like while taking a bath. Before going to sleep. when i wake up. I dont know pero naging mannerism ko na ata? Lol. I use my lotion or my massage oils.
3. I guess Fenugreek is really effective. Pero im not sure if totoo yung infertility thing na nabasa ko. Di ko siya tintake palagai. Tintake ko lang whenever i remember.

effective ba talga malunggay caps?kasi when i gave birth, 2 weeks lang ako nag BF then after that, nagsag na boobs ko  then after around 4 months, nagtake naman ako ng pills which is althea, then, after ilang months lang, boom na boom ang boobs ko, as in! maybe because mejo malaman din ako nun, then after ko mag stop sa pills (because  of mood swings and headache) nag sag na ulit boobies ko then mas maliit na sya kesa nung single pa ako.. nakakafrustrate talaga..

i think its good for promoting overall curves in women because of its phyto-estrogenic effects.  Not as strong as pueraria mirifica though.

You're not supposed to take (pueraria mirifica) PM immediately before your period because of its very strong estrogenic effects. if so, baka ma delay ang period mo or magkaka cramps ka.

Best daw to take PM after your period, day 3 after menses start, so that your period will not be interrupted. Remember to take PM only during follicular phase or anytime from Day1 - 15 of your cycle.

I also started with 30A, meaning hindi ma fill yung 32A cup! Im petite and thin to start with.  My correct size is band 30 kaya lang walang band 30 na bra dito so i use sister sizing with the smallest band 32. Ito din yung recent purchase ko sa ebay pero hindi ko parin natatanggap until now. Hino-hold kaya ng customs yung mga pills na ganito from abroad? Mas mura ko kasi nabili sa ebay, 1900+ lang for 3 bottles na. Yung nakita kong local seller sa olx, 1k+ benta for 1 bottle. Buti naman effective siya sayo sis! Excited na ko haha!
