^^Hi sis, nakakafirm lang ang undergarments, but it will never increase the size. Most probably her diet, kung may tinatake siya vitamins, and exercise. Yung ang nakaincrease.

I read somewhere na after massage ng boobs to increase the size, you have to wear this particular undergarment para yung fats stay in place lang. Medyo mahal yung nakita ko sa Japan, but I think my available locally na mas mura.

^ yun din at first thinking ko but my friend is flat and thin but when she started using nag karoon ng increase. she uses a different bra when we go out but maintained parin yung new size nya. ano brand nakita mo sa Japan sis? may alam po ba kayong mas mura sa life oil malungai? bale oil cpasule siya of malunggay. 16.50 po kasi siya sa mercury. very pricey IMO

^^Search for Bradelis Bra that's the one from Japan and Vanity Fair from US, may same dito sa Pinas lam mo naman dito saten.

Anyway, it doesn't increase the size, pinapafirm lang niya ang boobs. Pwedeng flat chested, but still may fats pa rin siya kahi papano from her back and sides. No scientific explanation na makakapagprove na nakakalaki ng boobs and bra, sis.

I spent like years reading about breast enlargement from herbal and all. And yung kinakain mo rin everyday could effect, like say, soy beans are good for breast enhancement din. something like that.

But this is something that will miraculously take effect in months lang. The reason why sa thread na ito halos walang success stories, kasi after a month or two tumitigil na sila.

If you will search for forums, women dun talagang they spend years taking those herbs, massage, supplements. Tyaga.

Hello GTalkers, may i join the forum. Im very interested sa topic na ito, its so good i stumbled upon here. I really been wandering around for breast enhancement/enlargement herbal/supplement. As i have back reading few days ago, everybody differs in regimen,combination and dosage of intake. So, far i still have a question i hope you help me. 
1. malunggay capsule= is it powder form or oil
2. Does it shrink back to its original size if you stop taking the capsules/tablets/supplements?
3. Does it need to follow the follicular/lutheal  schedule of intake?
 @ maria0005 , @yula , @cynth_pink00 >  Please, suggests your successful regimen to me, the combination and alternatives if not available, because im abroad, not sure if i can find some here. Im skinny and flat chested, and its embarrassing to be like this, always have to wear bra cant even fill an A cup bra.

^^ sis maria0005 i checked on Bradelis Bra. Iba pala sya sa sinasabi kong undergarment.  From what I read parang lingerie lang sya that ads silhouette and shape to the body when using the bra. Yung undergarment that my friend uses is not a lingerie sis. Wala nga sya design or anything, no wires too. Yung material ng garment is made out of tourmaline embedded in the fiber of the cloth which helps increase the size. I hope it will work talaga. Kahit onteng dagdag lang would be something na for me

how about yun mga OCP? Diane and Althea? does it really help us to increase the size? wala lang napa isip lang ako kasi nababasa ko it will make your breast firmer. pero hindi ko naman nabasa na bigger?
