I think pareho tayo ng sinusundang program, I am also taking PM follicular phase then stop one to two days before ovulation, I don't have any cream na ginagamit, PM lang muna then add ako ng wild yam soon for the luteal phase


I have PM(pueraria mirifica) available the same one I'm using and this is from japan, 300mg per tab good for 30-60 days sya. depending on how you will take it and depending on your cycle as well. Just pm me for info

I know i posted on the first part of this thread that i wanted to have a bigger boobs. I always imagined myself wearing two piece flaunting my twins. Recently, my ob-gyne prescribed me to take pills and im sure some of you guys heard it'll help increase your size. Well it did. Im really flat chested. Even after pregnancy and breastfeeding. My boobies came back to its normal size plus its lifeless. Like the gravity is really pulling them down. Hindi naman malaking malaki, pero may umbok na and ive never seen my boobies like this except nung breastfeeding. Now im not really sure if i want them to be big like i always dreamed of. I actually gonna stop taking the pill. Parang once its there, hindi mo naman pala yun gusto. I think its a matter of accepting of what we have. Even if my boobies are small, atleast they are healthy.
