Hehe.. hindi naman siguro . All natural ingredients naman, saka hindi naman lahat ng china made ay masama. karamihan pa nga ng effective ay chinese meds dahil aminin man natin at hindi, they're very well known in alternative medicine and have been around, effective, and used for centuries. Need lang talaga natin maging vigilant most of the time dahil nga karamihan eh kung ano ano ang meron. Pero bawal ito sa may breast cancer.

Wala naman akong na-experience na side effect while taking this but one notable is parang nung 1st or 2nd week ng take ko, parang nananakit boobs ko, yung parang magkaka-period. Pero noon lang.

I have a question lang po for those who are taking saw palmetto. May naexperience ba kayo something like side effects ng saw pametto nung kasisimula niyo pa lang magtake? Like nagugutom pero walang appetite or medyo nahihilo or parang may something sa tiyan. Just wanna make sure if it's really a long term side effects ng saw palmetto or short term lang. Di ba kasi if your body is not use to herbs medyo nagninibago pa sa simula. Hopefully kapag tumagal-tagal ay mawala na ito.

I hope this isn't OT kasi I'm taking saw palmetto mainly to help my hormonal imbalance, pero dito lang kasi ako makakakuha ng info. But I'm hopeful din na sana umeffect siya sa bust, hehe.

hi sissies, just wanted to share my experiences with NBE (natural breast enlargement). So far i've tried Thanyaporn (didn't work), F cup cookies, I'm not sure if it did. LOL I'm on Triactol, Night Bomber G, and puera panic at the moment, i take pueraria only during the follicular period then stopping a day before i ovulate. i take night bomber g during my luteal phase at the same time applying the triactol serum twice a day. This routine gave me half a cup, nearly a cup na in just a month. i believe timing, right dosage, and patience is a must. don't take large doses, give your body time to adjust. i plan to stick with this routine for maybe a few more months and see how it goes. So far, i'm getting amazing results. di rin ako makapaniwala minsan hahaha ☺
