so happy to hear na yung friend ko after they went to Obando last May eh pregnant na wife nya. Ganito din nangyari sakin 2 years ago. Pumunta kami ng May at end ng July ko din nalaman na pregnant ako.

Hello Mga sis! share ko lang po. Hubby and I went to Obando last May 17, Sumayaw po kami doon from the beginning till the end of the fiesta (6-9). of course hopeful talaga kami ni hubby while praying and at the same time nag enjoy din kami dahil very hospitable ang mga tao doon. anyways, Got BFP na po last July11. I'm on my 10 weeks now.  TTC kami for 1 year na po. Kaya mga sis na nakasama ko sumayaw doon, dont lose hope kasi kayo na po ang mga next! and sa mga hopeful po na hindi pa po pumupunta, there's nothing to lose in trying po. just keep your faith up and never stop hoping po. ^ Di kakayanin sis, sobrang daming tao. At a certain point papunta dun, bawal na pumasok mga jeep at cars kaya forced lahat maglalakad papunta sa church. Punta ka nalang May 17 which falls on a Sunday.

Mga sis, meron bang hotel or guest house sa Obando? Gusto ko rin sana mag explore hehe.. Nag backread ako, wala raw pero yung post na yun was 2011 pa. Baka lang sakaling meron na rin ngayon matutuluyan sa Obando para sa mga dumadayo. Thank you!

sis, malapit lang naman yan obando sa monumento dun na lang kayo hanap ng hotel na matutuluyan. wala pang 1 hr byahe from monumento going to obando.

^hi mga sis, may 17, 18, 19 yun fiesta, usually 7am mass then after ng mass is prusisyon na, 3 patron saints, um may 17 st pascual, pag gusto mo magkababy boy, may 18 st clare for baby girl. May 19 nuestra senora de salambao for good wealth. Wala pa rin hotel sa obando, pinakamalapit na sa monumento. I suggest na get early kasi pag fiesta close yun main road ng obando between 7am to 12nn na siguro para sa prusisyon but may alternate road pero expect heavy traffic. Regarding food, maraming kainan at paninda dun, bring bottle na lang , kasi maraming nagoffer ng free water sa mga nagprusisyon.

yup sis, they are very kind nga, minsan bottled water pa. tapos i gu good luck pa nila mga turista na sana mag ka baby na kayo. isa sila sa mga pinaka mabait na pinoy sa mga napuntahan kong lugar.

Hi mga sis, i feel like i have a social responsibility to share my story. I have been TTC for 12 years with no success and please note that i am now 30 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS in both ovaries since 14 and have never taken any form of contraception.  I am a natural skeptic and not very religious but hubby introduced the idea of "sayaw sa obando". Out of desparation, i gave it a try last May 2014 (may 17 if i'm not mistaken). I learned from GT that it was a 3 day event and if we wanted a boy, the first day out of 3 would be the best choice. We both wanted a boy so only decided to attend on day 1. I must say, the atmosphere was very welcoming although the heat was truly unbearable and the walk quite far. Fastforward to February 2015, hopeless and giving up, i fell pregnant. It was both the best and most painful experience. Me being pregnant was truly a miracle on its own after trying for 12 long years! Sadly, my pregnancy only lasted 2 months and i miscarried the baby due to complications of PCOS. It was a sad ending to an almost fruitful story but we are going to try again and hopefully bring our next angel to full term. We already have plans of going back this May 2015 and hopefully our prayers will be answered this time. Mga sis, don't lose hope and remember there's nothing to lose if you try this.

2 and a half years of conceiving. pinlano na talaga namin ni hubby ang pagsayaw sa obando this coming May 17-19. Mag 2 days leave ako May 18 & 19. Nagpeperfect attendance ako sa opisina kasi may incentive na nakukuha for the whole year perfect. Mauubos na VL ko pero kahit di ako ma-perfect sa taong ito, okay lang! Ang importante e ma-blessed! Hindi ako lumaking katoliko. Si hubby lang. Naging catholic ako nung ikasal kami. Pero maniniwala ako sa pagkakataong ito. Dahil alam kong ibinibigay ng Diyos ang hinihiling ng taong tapat manampalataya. At pasalamat din ako sa mister ko na sa kabila ng super duper kaartehan niya pagdating sa init ng araw, willing siya na magsayaw kami sa Obando. Heto na mga sis ang bagong simula natin. Maniwala tayo. Pagbibigyan Niya tayo. I'll share my experiences and updates as soon as I conceived! Baby dust sa ating lahat! Thank you po Lord ngayon pa lang...
