how to block someone from sending you PM?

Is there a way to do this? I keep getting harassed by a user here on GT. She will not stop sending me offensive messages. How can I block her? I keep getting an e-mail kasi every time she sends me a PM. It's starting to annoy me. The only resolution I see is to forward emails from GT to my junk inbox so I don't see it, and I don't want to do that. help!

hit the RTM button for every PM na nareceive mo from her luisa, the moderators will do something about that.
