either sell or rent out para makatulong din sa mga budget brides who want to wear designer gowns. blessing kasi pagdating sa akin ng both gowns ko kaya in my own little way gusto ko rin mag pay forward.

Based on my observation, Yung mga wedding gowns din is very trendy though may mga classic styles na konting alteration and additional beadings & crystals is pasok na din sa uso. I would say if you decided to sell your gown, Sell as soon as you're covered. I have been looking around and there are so many for sale 2nd gowns but hindi na rin masyado attractive kasi medyo out dated na. Kahit super mura pa minsan hindi na rin worth it kasi madamin ding nag-s-sale sa mga boutiques na sample gown na usually 6-8 months older lang yung style or maybe 1 year din. The thing is madami din competition pag nag benta. As a buyer, I'm in the position of decided whether mas worth ba bumili or mag pa customized ng new one for me or sample & sale gown or 2nd second hand gown. usually kasi kahit nakamura sa sample sale or 2nd hand kung mag mga alteration at cleaning din na gagawin minsan halos wala ka ding natipid

dahil di naman kamahalan ang gown ko,.. I'm planning to keep it nalang,..ipapapreserve ko nalang baka masuot ko pa sa 25th wedding anniv namin   I hope konting alteration lang, magkasya padin sakin

My parents preserved their wedding gown & suit. Last month, pinakuha ko sa maleta. My mom's gown is so pretty..ang bongga! gusto ko sana i-reuse, kaya lang hindi na uso yung style na yun ngayon at hindi kasya sakin as in malaki ang difference.. super payat kasi mom ko before. anyway, naitago niya pa lahat mga veils, cords, etc.. at dahil peach ang motif nya nuon at ako naman light blue & peach, magagamit ko pa yung pillows (for ring & coin bearers) na nagamit nila before.. ang ganda eh, swak din sa theme/motif namin.

Hello! Just want to share. I went to last weekend's Themes & Motifs bridal fair and found Precious Memories, yung preservationist business ni Tintin Bersola ata yun. Initially I thought bouquet lang pinepreserve nila (yun din ang sadya ko why I booked them) pero I found out they do gowns din. So ayun I'm considering getting my gown preserved. Btw, their regular rate is 10k for the bouquet and 10k for the gown. Sa bridal fair, they give 10% discount. Haven't seen them in other bridal fairs kasi pala they only join kapag Themes & Motifs ang nag-organize. Hope this helps!

I'm not gonna have it preserved just for the sake of my future daughter. Kasi just like me, gusto ko free siyang mamili ng sarili niyang gown pag siya na ikakasal.

Parang hindi masyadong uso sa Pinas yung binebenta yung gown, sana nga dumating yung time na maging practical na ang mga brides satin

I got my gown for half the price of the original tag. It's way too long for me kaya needed alteration pa and not sure how much it will cost me. Sana hinde din ako lugi pag binenta ko. Or I'll ask h2b kung ok lang ba na ibenta ko after.

hehe actually ganun na talaga...lahat naka tago na from american ni hubby (complete with tie; then socks; handkerchief and shoes); then sa bride (gown;veil;cord;pillow;wedding ring case; candle;matches; shoes; gloves; accessories sa hair; pouch etc.)

ganun din kasi sa parents ko and ang ganda pa din ng gown ng mother, ang payat lang kasi ni mother ni time na kinasal sya...waitline 24... as a remembrance naman kaya preserved namin...yun shoes naman pamahaiin naman sa side ni hubby para daw hindi mangaliwa ang asawa dapat daw nakatabi din..oh diba may ganun pala..hehhehe

San nga ba magandang magbenta ng gown? Gusto ko na talaga ibenta ang gown ko kasi nakatambak lang sa cabinet namin. Haha. Sayang lang sa space saka pandagdag sana sa budget ko sa panganganak yun.

Selling my gown never crossed my mind.  Mahal ng gown ko, and it was especially designed according to my specifications.  My sister's gown was made by CA naman and hers was also featured in most wedding sites.  She was thinking of selling her gown, but I doubt she would let it go.  Ganda rin her gown   Memories nalang talaga.  I am a hoarder after all, pati nga old laptop ko tinatago ko lang.

I don't really mind selling my gown, pero I haven't really thought about it yet. San nga ba pwedeng ibenta? Ofcourse, I still consider it very important.  Pero these past few days, I really want to try being a minimalist, which means I have to let go of the things that I don't really need. Happy naman ako sa pictures ko wearing it, and syempre, ang importante is the memory that I have of that special day.

This was the very question I bore in mind when I was deciding on the wedding budget. Personal choice ko and hubby was all for it; we decided to place the budget more on video, photo, venue, and catering, then I went for a divisoria gown which I modified and re-designed myself with the help of my maid of honor P2.5K lahat ginastos ko, and I even made my own veil.

Hubby and I are planning on a trash the dress shoot and of course, we'll be keeping the gown. Hindi masakit sa bulsa kahit ano gawin ko dito hehe, pero probably we won't be rolling the mud in it or anything like that

Right after our wedding, I thought of having it altered as a cocktail dress. Kaso, since it is white, it will still look a bridal gown pa rin daw.

I didn't know that there are buyers for second hand bridal gown here in the Philippines.  Akala ko sa US lang may ganun. Hmmm, being the practical that I am, I want to sell my gown too.  I don't think my gown is outdated (wore it in 2010), kasi ganun pa rin naman yung mga style na nakikita ko sa bridal magazines now. And it is actually a copy of a designer's gown.. hehe 

Hmmm.. yung mga stall kaya sa divisoria, will they buy kaya 2nd hand gown? pati narin sana mga bridesmaid gowns and flower girl's gown?  Sayang din kasi yung pera na makukuha.. nakatambak lang sa cabinet.
