HELP: Do I have the right?

Mga sis, me nag-trackback sa isa sa mga blogposts ko (na hindi ko muna ni-approve). When I checked the site out, to my dismay the article is a clear derivative of my work. Buti na lang hindi ko muna ni-approve yung pingback since the author might take my approval of the said pingback as approval of his/her work. Ang tanong, do I have the right na ipatanggal dun sa site yung offending article? Nakalagay kasi sa blog ko na No Derivative Works from my work, dun sa Creative Commons license na nakalagay sa sidebar.

Anywho, see for yourself yung evidence na derivative or paraphrased work lang yun nasa site:

About your Q i dont really know, pero shes using google adsense on her website, You can report her to them that she just edit your original blog post & used it without your permission, im sure the google will warn her about that specific post and if she didnt follow, they will ban her from the program.

It doesn't look like a personal blog.  Maybe you should consider reporting this to the site's administrator.  Site's like these usually have strict policies on plaguarism and blatant paraphrasing.
