Flat tops VS. Curly Tops

^ agree! may natyempuhan akong old stock ng curly tops from 7 11 once, rancid na, parang maanta na yung oil ng chocolate. Flat tops for the win!

In fairness sis, rare yung maka kaencounter ako ng old stocks ng Flat tops. I like buying my stocks sa Rustans and Shopwise! ayan, nagke crave tuloy ako.
And i like the fact na individually wrapped si Flat tops kaya rin siguro mas mahaba shelf-life nya.

it's curly tops for me. i find flat tops too sweet kasi. so far, wala pa naman ako natityempuhan na maanta. kasi i always make sure na matitingnan ko yung manufacturing date/expiration date. naalala ko pa nung elementary pa lang ako, that was about 20 years ago  , pag may curly tops ka, wow sosyal!

Parang for me flat tops pangbata.. Siguro kasi 'yung packaging orange.

Unlike sa curly tops, parang pangmatanda, red and gold..

pero ricoa sila parehas.. Bakit nga kaya ganoon?

ako naman, dati since budgeted ang baon nung bata pa, flat tops. pero mas gusto ko talaga yung curly tops. problem, hindi ako nakakabili ng paisa-isa just like flat tops kasi nakabox ang original curly tops noon. so ayun, sore throat din ang bagsak ko sa flat like one sis here compared to the curly variety. hehe pero love ko sila both!

I got this info from a former Ricoa employee.  He said that flat tops is the dark chocolate version of curly tops, that's why curly tops melts faster than flat tops.

I ♥ both. for me, parang mas sweet ang flat tops though kahit ano pwede sa akin. Good thing, di ko masyado tong namiss, may filipino store kasi dito and they're selling flat tops yun nga lang $2.00 (almost 80 php) siya for not that big pack, pero sige buy ko pa din kaysa naman magcrave lang ako.
