Hi ako naka 11 capsules nako. Before i took the pills naglalaro sa 135-138 ang timbang ko. Now steady ako sa 130-132.  It looks like water weight lang nalose ko. Side effects nia ay hirap makatulog, masakit ang ulo, or parang hihimatayin lagi, pins and needles feeling sa arms, palpitations sometimes.nung first 2 days ko super tindi ng migraine and lagi uhaw at d nagugutom. Then 3rd day nawala lahat ng discomfort or pain na nafeel ko although uhaw parin lagi at hirap magsleep. Today however, sobrang wasted ng pakiramdam ko and 130lbs parin ang weight.

Kaninang umaga one of my friends gave me a grande moccafrappucino from SB.  after a few hours dun na nagsimula pumangit pakiramdam ko..

nag lose ako ng 2kg after a week's use. i followed the instructions as per bottle label. week 2 parang walang nabawas after nung 2kg nung 1st week. [textspeak!] pa nakapag weigh sa 3rd week.

anyway, sino po naka experience ng excessive belching? ni refer lang kasi to ng nurse kong friend - nakita ko naman na nag effect sa kanya so i didn't doubt. nung mag start na akong mag burp ng mag burp tinanong ko sya if ganun din yung na experience nya, sabi nya minsan lang daw. eh sakin minsan lang ang hindi ako mag burp - sa buong araw yun ah. kakakain pa lang or hindi burp pa rin ng burp.

last time i had excessive burping was when i was pregnant. positive naman ako na hindi ako pregnant  ngayon. at minsan nararamdaman ko na parang ang init ng throat ko pag nagbuburp.

eto pa, parang nagcoconstipate ako kahit inom ako ng inom ng tubig at kumakain din naman ako ng fruits. gusto ko i-try yung coffee variant kasi minsan ang effect ng coffee sakin laxative.

hays I'm experiencing hair loss when I comb my hair.. I started Slimina last month with light exercise and decreased my food intake into half plus fruits/vegetable na rin..

of course di ko nakakalimutan yung water pero nakaka experience ako ng hair loss talaga when I comb my hair... I did shed a lot of pounds pero worried talaga ako sa hair loss

I used this before and although I lose pounds talaga, I was not happy kasi parang natutuyo ang katawan ko. And also, bugnutin ako and very sensitive. I guess it's still better to lose weight the natural way. Para sure na healthy din ako. Just my opinion.

Di ba parehas lang to ng sureslim pill? Sabi kasi dun sa site ng binilhan ko ang difference lang eh prescribed by doctors ang sureslim.

Ang napansin ko naman na side effect nito sakin is very sensitive talaga ako, as in araw2 yata kami nagaaway ni bf sa konting bagay lang.. Hirap makatulog as in balisa, paikot2 sa kama, hindi mapakali. Tapos pagbabangon ako, ikot lang ako ng ikot sa room maghahanap ng gagawin tapos pag naramdaman ko na inaantok na ko, hihiga ulit pero hindi na ulit makatulog. Nakakatakot! Ang worst pa, pag hindi ako makatulog umiiyak ako.    Grabe! natakot ako sa effect talaga nito. Kaya tinigil ko na talaga siya. Para talagang baliw ako nung nagtake ako nito. Ayoko na maulit.

I was so tempted bumili nito dati when i was so desperate to shed some pounds, tapos nung nasa MP ak, I heard this guy talking about slimina, di daw niya tinapos kasi baka masiraan siya ng bait, hehe, i got scared. so di ko na tinuloy. I opted to do the natural way, diet and exercise, super effort and mejo matagal pero it's worth it, safe pa.  Keep safe ladies.

Hi mga sis! Just sharing my experience with slimina. I bought 1 bottle last July and took if for 2 weeks only. Its not effective for me since I only lost 1 lb. which is mainly because i seldom ate during that time out of discipline, and not because I lost appetite. Slimina only made me thirsty and dry... But did not suppressed my appetite at all. I'm still super hungry as well as frustrated because it never jump started me with even a considerable weight loss. Even if i drank almost 2-2.5 liters of water per day,  it made my skin so dry since all it did was made me pee. I was afraid of hypo/hypernatremia due to water imbalance. Then i had severe headache intermittently which started on my 4th day which on my second week became more persistent severe headaches and since I'm in the healthcare industry i realized this drug is dangerous. I just tried it since I read on some thread that it was not banned and they say its effective, but honestly, I still have half bottle of slimina in my closet.

i feel full mainly because of water i take but cravings hindi naman nabawas. also, im always thirsty and gutom lol.

wala naman ata changes sa skin ko. ill try ko consume the 30caps and see if it will do good.

i bought mine sa magic potion stall in st francis kasi baka fake mabili ko. wala naman side effect sabi nila. lageng uhaw lang pakiramdam so u really have to drink a lot of water

couldn't agree more. malaman ko kung effective ba yan sa kin, kasi dami ko na natry isa lang talaga yung efective na pill w/c is very much expenssive. kelangan lang talaga ng didiplina

hi mga sis! share ko lang experience ko with slimina. i used it last year. the longest na ginamit ko sya is 2 bottles. napansin ko pumapayat ako kasi lumuluwag ang mga damit ko, though when looking at my tummy parang wala nmang difference. siguro kailangan mag crunches for that. hindi naman masyado laki ng nagain ko na weight after, although mag ggain ka din, hindi sobrang bilis for me. now i'm trying a cheaper alternative, the Slimina Coffee. parang wala pako napapansin na difference. Anyone tried the coffee variant? sa  magic potions Alabang ako bumibili

Sobrang tagal ko muna angbasa ng mga reviews and testimonials bago ako nag-deposit sa bank account nila. hehe, nasasayangan din kasi ako sa pera. I tried Cosmo Body before pero walang epekto. Sinabayan ko pa nung parang 10 days challenge ata nila yun. wala pa rin. naka 2 bottles din ako then stop na. Choosy ako sa diet pills kasi ayaw ko naman magkasakit sa atay or sa kidney later on. Ang taba taba ko na talaga kasi. huhuhu sobrang baba na ng self esteem ko kaya desperate na akong makahanap ng product na tutulong sakin. Wala din akong time mag-exercise dahil sobrang hectic ng sched sa school. Tapos todo stress eating pa. I gained 20 kilos in a span of 3 years. 2nd day ko palang ngayon. Pagkagising ko kanina ang acidic ng pakiramdam ko. Then uminom ako neto and took my breakfast after 30 minutes.
Hindi ko naman nararanasan yung palaging nauuhaw. Pero yung parang lutang oo. parang lumulutang ka pag naglalakad tapos parang may hangin sa tenfa. Ang blaoted din ng pakiramdam ko sa tiyan. Wala na akong ganang kumain kasi para naman akong nasusuka. Tolerable naman. Chineck ko BP ko 110/70 naman (which is my normal BP) so I guess kaya pa naman. Ganun talaga siguro tiis ganda Update ko kayo kapag may nakita akong significant effects.
