Pros and Cons of Living in a Condominium against living in a house

Naisip ko tuloy yung kaharap na unit namin when we were still there. Mother plus 5 kids eh 32sqm lang condo.

Ang liliit na ng floor areas ng mga condos ngayon....parang ideal for single or couple lang. Kapag family, parang super sikip... Yung 2 br condos parang pang small family lang (couple+1child max).

Location ang nakikita kong advantage living in a condo. Tipong dapat walking distance lang sa work. Kung babyahe pa rin, might as well buy a house na lang.

Not sure where to post this, but I have a question:

Do you have neighbors who play acoustic (not electric) instruments? Acoustic piano (not digital keyboard), acoustic drums, acoustic guitar?

May rules ba ang condo association for these types of activities? (e.g. parang pet rule ganun)

^Meron sa amin, kasama sya sa house rules. Bawal ang malalakas na musical instruments. Pati videoke, it's not allowed.

Sis melodymedley meron sa amin naririnig ko pero daytime lang lagi. Mga narinig ko na electric guitar, piano at xylophone (ito super madalas).
