sis san sa cavite meron ba maganda developer dyan sa cavite thanks
sis robinemz ok ba dyan not hassle sa byahe? how about the amenities?? houses maganda ba pagkakabuilt?? thanks sis!
^Exactly. I work in BGC and distance-wise, it's really supposed to be just 25 minutes away from our house in Marcos Highway pero it usually takes me an hour or sometimes more pa depending on my work schedule. The condo unit that we purchased and currently waiting for turn over is in Pasig so makakabawas sa paghihirap ko sa pagdrive everyday.
My time pa ako to relax and do chores pag uwi sa bahay di tulad dati na laging pagod paguwi
One downside of living in a condo - the pests! Unless siguro super new yung building, but those bldg that are relatively new, napapasok na rin ng ipis.
Parang baliktad yata. Kasi we have a condo now coz we cannot afford a house yet. A house is definitely more expensive than a condo. What is she talking about? You can have a nice condo for 10M. However, I think I need 20M to afford a nice house in a nice village.
^ in our condo sis, me free regular pest control spraying. Well, kasama na sa dues na binabayaran. Every quarter yata. Although minsan, di na kami nagpapa-spray kasi wala naman pests sa unit namin.. pag medyo maulan lang and parang dumadami lamok, dun kami nagpapa-spray. Takot sa dengue, esp me baby kami. Or magdi-dayoff sya.On another note, times like today na malakas ang ulan at hangin, I'm again glad that we live in a condo. For one, if nag-brownout, me generator. Me kuryente sa common areas + 1 outlet and 1 ilaw sa unit. For water naman, me stock naman lagi sa water tank. Di rin namin worry ang baha.. nung bagyong Glenda na nawalan ng kuryente, e medyo mainit kasi closed lahat ng windows since malakas hangin, we slept with our main door and service area door open to let cold air in.. tapos sa sala kami natulog with baby. Safe naman.
^^^ sis, this is an old condo building (as in, lampas 50yrs old na. But well-maintained. And, hindi masikip like the ones built in recent years; for example: 1br unit is about 70-80sqm, 2br unit is roughly 160-180sqm, etc). I don't know na who the developer is, hehe..
^ not too familiar about technical terms or whatever. Simply put, we still own the unit even if lampas 50 years na ang building..In the event the building get destroyed or becomes unliveable/inhabitable, I think the unit owners will have a say/vote on what to do via the association - whether to sell the lot and every unit owner gets equitable share on proceeds, or to rebuild (this, I'm not sure how resources for the construction will be pooled). Not sure ha, but ganun yata.
