I went to JAC makati last night for the first time to pickup my package. Im just disappointed because the 2 packages arrived 2 days apart but Jac still sent it separately sobkaybe i could have saved  900 bucks
If not for that since the second package is very small lang, maybe 1lb lang yun.

I have another shipment with them baka next week na dumating, my first time to send it thru jac ny.

ok i just want to share my recent experience with JAC. i emailed trixie who was my previous contact before, cc haji. i notified them of 2 incoming shipments from amazon

she immediately responded by saying they DONT consolidated. keeping my fingers crossed that HAJI who has never replied ever in any emails of mine, will consolidate since both shipments are only 1 day apart.

my previous shipments in Daly City were consolidated (1-2 days apart delivery time only).

Wow! I had almost the exact same experience! From amazon and another online shop, 1 day apart dimating sa kanila pero di nila pinagsama! Si Trixie din contact ko and she doesnt always reply to emails. One morning their delivery guy told me idedeliver na daw yung 1st package! Eh yung 2nd in transit palang! Meaning 2x nila ako charge ng delivery fee?? Inaway ko delivery guy, told him i wont accept without the 2nd package. Texted Trixie (since di nga sumasagot sa email) and dun palang niya sinabi na they dont consolidate! To think na every email ko sa kanya I specified na I want both packages sent to me as ONE. Ni-email daw niya na they dont consolidate, pero I checked all our emails wala naman anything about that! Kainis talaga. I'm going to wait and see pano nila ako charge when the 2nd package comes. Sino pa ba na ibang contact sa JAC aside from Trixie, parang ayaw ko na siya contact... Disappointing since 3rd time ko na sa kanila.

We had to follow-up, kasi medyo mag 2 weeks na since pinadala ng NY office papunta dito. Turned out
yung dito sa Makati ang di nagiinform na andun na pala.

aside from JAC, may ibang company pa ba that does free consolidation?

Hays nandun na pala yun package sa makati ofc nila nung wed pa e wala man lang abiso.


Hindi na nga busy ang phone yun pala sarado na ofc haha d ko na raw pwede kunin kasi until 5pm lang (5:02pm ako nakatawag) mga 3 bldgs away na lang ako pero d na ako nagpumilit pa. Siniseryoso ko naman yun ofc hours ng kahit anong opisina, tindahan etc.

Pag d talaga kailangan na kailangan ayaw ko muna na mag-jac.

Laki ng binayaran ko haha nipis nga lapad naman pagkabalot kaya 4k+ pa rin. Hirap rin makiusap sa merchant na compact ang gawin pagbalot (d na kasalanan ng jac yun) kaya iwas muna ako sa apura purchases.

Ang mahal talaga kapag courier tapos usually may mga slip ups.. Have you guys tried US-based online sellers as an alternative since they regularly ship to the PH?

 From amazon. Sana man lang na advise ako ng ny office nila. Im a repeat client dami ko na pinaship sa kanila big boxes
25usd lang ang value nung pinadala ko wala pa ngang 2lbs  lang yun kakainis talaga.

that is exactly why sa JAC Daly City ako nagpapaship. Kasi may consolidation. Pwede mo sila i-instruct na i-repack yung package mo to save on cost. Too bad na by Nov. 1, may $25 consolidation fee na ang JAC Daly City.

akala ko effective na yung $25 consolidation fee nagtataka kasi ako at hindi ako na-charge for 2 items. anyway wala naman akong problem sa services nila, find it reasonable enough though... siguro kase ok din ang boxes ng mga inoorder ko unlike yung sa sister ko umabot din ng 3k yata kasi malaki yung box pero magkaiba kame pinagpadalhan.. sa Daly City ako lagi.

i just got my first package from JAC, paid 2.3k for a package from Kate Spade, it was a big box that was about albs and it contained a bag and 3 boxed fashion jewellery. i think the price is ok for the speedy service.
