It's my first time to try Johnny Air. I bought a bag that would cost 3000 pesos more to ship direct from the store to Manila.

Pag to US address lang, it's an additional 20$ for the tax. So that would leave around 2200 for the shipment from US to Philippines. Hopefully, Johnny Air won't cost that much. *crossfingers*

Hi sis. That also happened to me when I was trying to checkout at Nordstrom.

Try entering without the dash.. I searched din kasi for Johnny Air Woodside at Yelp.com and that's the number of the address.

^ok na sis. Nakakainis lang sa shoebacca hindi ina-accept yung credit cards ko mind you naka 3 cards ako wala ni isang pumasok. Sana lang eh hindi fraud yung site pero so far wala pa namang nagbibill saken.

Anyway i just finished a transaction with amazon and it went smoothly naman and on the way to PH na yung package ko via johnny air from sfo.. Charges saken $5.99 per lb then $5 handling fee then may vat pa pagdating dito... Gahd medjo mahal din buti naka-sale yung nakuha kong pinabibili saken. Planning to do a next transaction ulit.

Hello!! I am just trying out Johnny Air's service din.  Last Sept 26 I purchased 4 items sa Amazon.  It shows naman as delivered na sa Woodside NY office nila as of Sept 28 (Friday).  Since yesterday nag papaupdate ako sa status. I emailed them the tracking #s, details, etc.  Medyo mabagal lang sila sumagot sa email.  Ang sabi kase nung nakausap ko sa Mkti ofc nila, US office ships every Tuesday and Thursdays lang bound for Manila.  Until now hindi pa nila ako mabigyan ng status if naisama sa shipment kanina :-( .  Crossing my fingers na sana nasama sya ....

I bought some items from Walmart and according to the status it was delivered to Johnny Air NY on Sept 22, but until now sabi ng brother ko sa Manila wala pa ring update. Minamalas yata ako sa Johnny Air, sunod sunod na delayed transactions. We're waiting pa naman for the shipment since my brother will be going here sa Australia and flight na nya sa Saturday, so sana umabot para madala yung package ko

Yup thanks for the tip :-) .  I understand what you're saying.  Let me clarify, there's this guy I spoke to Tuesday sa Makati Head Office nila and he explained to me na dapat nasa "advance listing" na nila yung packages ko if they arrived Sept 28 in New York.  But he said wala pa daw name ko sa list na medyo nagtaka din sya.  He said they will update me Wednesday morning if maihahabol pa para sure.  Anyways, he was very nice and helpful.  I was hoping ma check lang if mainclude ang package for the Tuesday shipment bound for Manila, think that is fair enough. If they said na hindi maisama, then that's perfectly fine with me, at least I know where my package is.  Wednesday morning no update yet, afternoon I got an email from their Makati office, they apologized for the delay and said they are still checking.  I called them before closing time, ang sabi hindi na nainclude kase daw puno na shipment.  Wait nalang daw next shipment sa Thursday hopefully kasama na sya.  Mabait naman yung kausap ko, I'll get in touch with them Saturday to check again.

been using johnny air since 2008, i was told na mas cheaper ng konti kung sa johnny air NY manggagaling papuntang manila, kaso my hubby resides in Cali so SFO branch siya madalas magsend so far ok naman, nagkaproblema lang ako sa kanila dati nung christmas time medyo nadelay. Ok si johnny air kung from US to Manila, pero Manila to US i don't recommend them, DHL is a lot cheaper

oooh, may ganito pala. how sad, ngayon ko lang nalaman. ang tagal ko nang nagpurchase online, lagi ang laki ng binabayad ko sa post office dito saten! not consistent pa yung pagquote nila ng tax.

Not necessarily sis. They also use volume weight, which depends on the dimensions of the package..

 I got may parcel last Friday. I had a bag shipped and got it within 2 weeks. The package is just 2 lbs so I was expecting less than 1000 babayaran ko. But the box was big so the volume weight says it should be 9 lbs and would have cost around 3000+. Ok na rin, Johnny air reduced the cost, parang in-average na lang nila na parang 6 lbs, and I ended up paying 1900+.

 Not as cheap as I wanted but still cheaper than having it shipped direct from the store to Manila.

Update lang, I got my packages already on Oct 11.  Picked them up at Johnny Air SM Megamall.  I bought online Sept 26 on Amazon and got my items in 2 weeks... not bad na rin.

with all my transaction kay johnny air never naman nagkaproblem. once na received ko na the tracking number dun sa pinagbilhan ko i always email analyn (NY bound) to expect a package for me and aadvise ko na siya saan branch ko gusto ipickup here in manila. para pag dating nung package sa ofc nila alam na nila agad sa akin yun. then kahit hindi ko na ulit sila eemail. automatic na agad kasama na sa next shipment nila yung package ko. tinetext nalang ako nung branch nila pag nandun yung item ko.

Bumili rin ako today sa Apple Store sa US, nakamura ako sa items pero nang binasa ko yung posts nyo about sa babayaran pagdating ng item sa Manila, natakot ako bigla. Baka kasi ang ending parehas lang ng bayad pagdating dito. Pero yung item kasi tipong binayad ko 3.5 K tapos pag sa Apple Ph naman 4K yung isang item pa lang and di available yung isa kong gusto. Dati denied ako lalo na pag di parehas yung billing address and shipping address, kaya yon. Di ko kasi alam noon. Natsambahan ko recently.

Do they round off the weight of the items ba? 1.80 lbs kasi yung isa kong item, sabi sa UPS website.

Mabilis naman silang kausap, lalo na yung mga nasa Pinas. Sa Daly City ako nagpadeliver kasi naisip ko sa NY nabagyo recently. Di ko kinontact yung nasa CA na office nila yung sa Manila lang. Bilis magreply thru text and email.

May binili ako sa VictoriaSecret.com pero unsuccessful delivery (3 attempts!) sa NJ branch nila.

sis laptop sleeve tsaka earpods yung kinuha ko, magkaiba nga ng shipping dates so sabi nila wala daw consolidated shipping. pero pwede ko raw sabay kunin sa SM Mega branch. Hiwalay siguro yung $5 na handling fee. natry mo na ba yung maraming items?

^sis ayami: yes po, bigger box then a small box. mas mahal siya considering ang onti lang ng laman ng big box.. mostlikely nasa less than 2k ata ang price na babayaran mo. estimated ko lang yan pwede naman mas mataas or mababa.
