I am disappointed with my first transaction with JAC. Smooth yung usapan naman dun sa NY Branch, nilagay ko lahat ng info ko (address, phone no., where I want to have the package picked up and all) pero lo and behold, ilang days na wala pa rin than the expected 7-8 days arrival. I even called their branch pero wala pa daw yung package. Ayun pala, mali and address and phone no. na nilagay nila at sa Makati branch pa napunta even when I specifically told them na sa Megamall branch ko kukunin. Ewan ko paano nangyari yun, kung sino nagkamali sa kanila at iba ang address at phone no. na nailagay.

^ pag from new york yata kasi sis deretcho sa Makati ang bagsak. Baka hindi nila nailipat sa Megamall lol pero yung friend ko she picks up from Megamall naman nakukuha niya naman dun. I pick up from Makati. Ang tagal din ng expected ha, actually dapat 4-7 days lang once na bumagsak na sa JAC.

So far sakin okay and smooth ang experience ko with JAC. Walang hassle pwera sa presyo.

^Ok sana sis kung ganun kaso I specified sa email namin ni Ms. Analyn na sa Megamall ko pipickupin. She confirmed din. Isa pang weird, tama ang name ko pero mali ang address and phone no. Kaya siguro di nila ako ma-contact para ma-pickup ko yung package. Ewan ko sino yung nakatira sa address indicated sa billing ko.

I've been using Johnny Air for my online purchases for more than 5x na siguro. From cosmetics to electronic stuff! 2011 'to. Si Analyn 'yung naghahandle ng items ko with them. Never had a problem with them except nitong Christmas season na, pero naiintindihan ko naman since peak season nga naman. Delayed for a few days tapos may package na hindi naconsolidate with my other items (wala naman daw kasi sila consolidation kapag peak season), ayun, small package charged for Php800++ ata. NY address itong si Analyn. Meron din silang NJ address

Tried JAC once pa lang, bought my car's gauge pods from ebay and had them shipped sa NY branch. Madali naman kausap si Ms. Diego-- sumasagot sya agad sa email.

Anyway, sa Makati branch din napunta my gauge pods. I received a text message na ready na raw for pick up my items. Tapos I messaged them back saying na I want to pick up my stuff sa Megamall branch. OK lang sa kanila to transfer it from Makati to Mega. Morning ako nagtext tapos nung afternoon nalipat na nila sa Mega and nakuha ko na. Paid nearly P2000 for the items.

its nearly a month na pero wala pa rin yung order ko from amazon..

JAC is soo reliable even my jewelry bought in the US i ship through them =) just arrived within a week including ground shipping in the US! so happy!

Medyo delay nga sila these days than usual. I wonder if peak din ngayon. Sa hk kasi ganito ang mga oras na peak season ng shopping sakanila. Di ko alam why.

Lol ano binili mo? Natatawa ako dun sa maling adress at phone number san naman kaya yun nahalungkat haha.

^Pang-guy stuff haha Nagpabili brother ko at ako nag-asikaso. Hay naku, funny talaga yan, sa Greenmeadows pa yung address eh hindi ko nga alam kung saan yun eh at iba talaga ang cellphone number. Gusto ko nga tawagan at alamin kung sino yun.

Success ang 2nd shipment namin. Malas ata name ko eh haha I used my brother's name since siya na rin mag-pick up. We received a text message 2 days ago na dumating na nga. Yesterday, my brother picked it up in Megamall.

^yes. like i told you, i bought a 1.2M ring in NY and have them shipped thru JAC NY. dumating dito after 5 days =) You can have it insured if worried ka na baka mawala
