I started running last week and did some RUN-WALK-RUN program but I think we need to also have a diet to go with it. Any tips mga sis?

I don't have any problems with jogging. Naka ilang 21km na ako, ang problema ko gumising ng maaga! huhuhu! It really takes dedication!

pa-share din mga sissies. i was a jogger before. first marathon ko, sumama ko sa 5km run ng officemates, na wala akong kahit anong preparation. siguro paglalakad lang. ;P tapos nadala na ako, never ko na uulitin yun, para akong naabuso haha. then we went normal jog na sa ayala triangle 2x a week tapos i joined marathon, 10km pa lang naman yung na-takbo ko. then i stopped. nalipat na kasi kami mga work and wala na din ako kasama magjog. pangarap ko kasi mag-duathlon. sana kaya pa.

Been jogging from our house to PICC. I'm from Malate and we run every weekend. Mas masayang magjog pag hapon mga 5pm kasi malamig, mahangin and maraming tumatakbo sa oras na yun.
To be motivated, you have to have a running buddy. In my case, my bf. hehe

So far puro 3km palang nasasalihan ko. Trying to practice 5 km in  30 minutes sana. More practice
3km record ko so far, in 17+ minutes. Mabagal pa.

Sarap mag jog. Nakaka wala ng stress.  ;)

I started hiking and have added trail running to my exercise routine.

Been trail running for a few months now and I've enjoyed it Immensely!  I trail run on the weekends usually between 4 to 8 miles here in Arizona.'Getting ready to transition to a little bit of running on the road, thinking about 2 miles after work to start during weekdays.

I started walk-run-walk around end of May. Matagal ko ng gustong mag-jog kaso wala akong kasama most of the time mag-isa lang ako pero marami rin namang akong nakakasabay sa okey na ko kahit solo flight lang hehe.
Unang takbo ko wala pang 1 minute hingal agad ako i thought magcocollapse ako yung feeling na naubusan ako ng hangin sa katawan so i stopped and walk na lang then binagalan ko takbo ko. Yan problem when i run madaling hingalin so far nag improved naman maski papaano. Average jogging ko 2x a week kapag sinipag 3x a week.
