^ I used to jog in UP sa acad oval nung college, sa dorm lang kasi ako. Sarap mag job sa acad oval early in the morning, wala pa tao and super sarap ng hangin. Now minsan-minsan na lang, ang layo ko na kasi sa UP. hay :(

During weekends, I try to go jog at the UP academic oval. I'm not as fit as i was before but i try to go around 2x in under 35 minutes (4.4km) - i know this could be improved but it's a start naman.

during weekdays when i have time, i go to the ultra oval after work (I work in the ortigas area). less than 50 pesos for the use of the oval

For me, jogging is very effective with regards to slimming my body and other than that, it makes me fit. At the same time, I'm enjoying doing that.

It could be that you aren't getting enough rest at night that's why you get sleepy. You could try multivitamins or energy drinks to perk you up for the day (personally, I use Immuvit - got sleepy first few days then afterwards, no more sluggish feeling na). Also, try exerting more effort to really pump up your heart rate and feel a good adrenalin rush - doing that is like a "jump start" to a day for me. :)
