Vaginal Infections (Thread 2)

Aay may ganyan din ako, before ng menstruation ko (after ko ma cure from bacterial infection), nung una, tolerable pa, pero after ng mens ko, may araw na sobrang dami niya, it's like umihi ako sa panty ko. it's kinda yellow na smells like urine na may slight foul odor. Everytime na umuubo din ako or pag tumatawa may lumalabas. Hindi ko alam kung sa pills ba, because I took 4 nordette pills before my menstruation. Pero 3 days after my menstruation, with consistent lactacyd-ing and washing and changing panty every now and then, nawawala na yung discharge. I was thinking now UTI ito, because I had UTI before and yung abdominal pain na nararamdaman ko ay parang UTI..

ako din e.. ang weird nga e. PH care gamit kong fem wash eh. better ba ang lactacyd? tatry ko nalang, tas masakit din yung puson ko na parang ewan nga eh, di ko maget, hay. anong amoy nung sayo? madedescribe mo ba sis?

^ Hindi ko ma -describe yung amoy sis. Pero hindi siya odor-less. Sabi ng mom ko, odorless daw. Pero I don't think so.
Alam mo yung urine na parang natuyo sa panty mo? Parang ganun yung smell. Hindi ko alam kung sa pills ba or what, pero nawala naman siya. Onti nalang, as in parang 3 drops na lang siya ngayon. I use lactacyd, 3am and 5pm ako nag wawash everyday. Hehe. Tapos pag nakita ko na may basa siya, palit kagad ako panty. Na-rereduce naman yung discharge. Pero yun nga, yung sa puson ko, minsan sumasakit esp. in the morning tapos namamanhid yung legs ko.

ako madedescribe ko na. para syang amoy laway na natuyo ? prang ganun? sa akin kasi ganun. hmm nung ginawa mo yang remedy n yan? nwala na ba yug amoy? same here namamanhid din na parang ngalay yung legs ko.

actually kahit walang STD yung partner mo pwede ka magkaroon ng STD lalo na kung unprotected sex and sexually active!

^sis, i'll text you na lang as soon as okay na phone ko :p parang medyo malansa na may pagka-mabaho siya, yung parang hindi hinugasan although naghuhugas naman ako very often. Hmmmm. Baka UTI? Lagi kasi napopostpone yung check up ko sa doctor. Hopefully, this friday, maliwanagan na.

we have the sane situation sis .. as in pareho .. i have BV and YI as per my OB .. i was given a vaginaL suppositories for 10 days and iLL come back on january for a pap smear ..

I find it very helpful taking probiotics. The probiotics help the beneficial bacteria flourish in that region to keep a healthy environment that wards off infections. There are times when I feel like very uncomfortable. I would just pile up on probiotics.

hello sissies    I had a check-up with my OB after my medication of albothyl.
Then she had me pap-smear [textspeak!] nya malinis n dw not like before but the result of the pap smear was the same as before so she had to prescribe me with this neopenatran, kc dw ndi p dw magaling ng fully. What is the difference between the albothyt and neopenatran?

Hi sisses, i had recurrent bv before, tried several cycles of antibiotics / suppositories but after taking it, the infection comes back. My doc noticed during the pelvic exam that my cervix is eroded, and this was confirmed by colposcopy. the part that should be inside is  outside so the glands are exposed making me prone to infection. The treatment she advised was cryotherapy, this works by freezing the cervix and then it closes. try asking your obs about it. it may work for those who have pcos and cervical erosion due to hormonal imbalance.

hi girls. i was diagnosed with cervicovaginitis and i'm really scared  i've read meron nagka cervicovaginitis dito and i was wondering anong treatment yung ginawa sa inyo ng OB niyo. My current treatment is albothyl every other day for 3 nights and i'm really hoping gumaling na siya.

^^ sis try Fluconazole Diflucan 150 mg., isang inuman lang tanggal ang itch and infection.... but it is still better to check with your OB

Better seek early treatment for your genital warts kasi it could lead to more serious illness in the future. oo malaki possibility na you got it from your bf pero pwede ding sa mga public toilets etc. Mabuti na yung maagapan sya sis. I also think you should tell your bf about it, I'm sure he'll understand. Ingat.

Hi sis karla! Thanks for your input. Yes I am planning to tell my bf about it. It's useless naman kasi if I get treated and then siya hindi. Bablik lang ang infection. I'm just wondering if I should seek a second opinion re treatment options. Kasi cauterization kaagad ang gusto ng OB ko, baka kako puwede pang mga creams lang muna. Hay. I'm sad but also thankful that I went for a check-up otherwise di ko malalaman.

When you say "back door" that means sa anus ba niya pinasok? Because that is the main cause ng vaginal infections like when you wipe your urine from anus to the vaginal opening, di dapat ganun because the vagina is very sensitive. Nagpacheck ka na sa ob mo sis...kasi i noticed ang dami mo na take na meds and most of them are antibiotics, mahirap magself medicate sa antibiotics devastating ang effects.
