hi mga sis. i back read(medyo lang)kasi im having problems down there.  i started to have this itching last year. 1st time kong nakipag "do" kay bf. 1st 2 months, wala namang problem eh. it started when i took pills. then i stopped na. nawala naman. then recently im experiencing it again and getting worse. dati kasi cheese like yung discharge (white) and itchiness, regarding naman sa smell, i dont think its mabaho. like what they say, normal yung may amoy if you're a busy peron. hehe. my situation right now is yellow green na yung cheese like discharge (i dont know if its just because of my pantyliner) pag sa panty naman kasi parang white lang sya. then super itchy na talaga. as in ang hapdi na twing nagpi-pee ako. feeling ko namamaga and puro sugat na ang V ko.pero it only happens mga 2 weeks before my expected menstruation. hindi ako makapagpatingin sa gyne kasi i dont know a good one. also, im SUPER SHY talaga. help me po in finding a good doctor. im in the south part of metro., anyone who has the same experience as mine? im also trying alternatives muna eh.. Help please. thanks so much..

^sis better see a doctor fast .... Dont be shy ... It's been more than 2 weeks and it wl get even worse. From day 1 whenever I feel some discomforts I immediately see my OB.... please see a doctor now..

^^pasok ka lang sa any hospital, ask mo kung saan ang ob gyne clinics or department or ask kung sinong ob gyne doctors ang may duty sa pagpunta mo, get the name and room no. better if kuha ka ng babae para hindi ka mahiya. at huwag na huwag kang mahihiya sa doctor, lahat na ng pasyente at kaso, nakita (at naamoy) na nila down there

i had endometriosis way, way back. before ako magpa check up i was super scared kasi every time i pee may mga medium sized  na clot na nalalaglag din. but it was cured after taking meds. and and taas daw ng pH ko kaya prone sa infection. it was because of the feminine wash daw because it alters the pH of our vagina lalo na if used everyday. hindi naman ako sanay na water lang but it did help. na-reduce yung dry & itchy feeling. ngayon naman i take extra care na down there. hirap magka infection. i seldom use pantyliners na magbaon na lang ng extra undies para clean palagi.

question lang mga sis? has anyone tried douching or vinegar rinse down there? sabi kasi it helps restore the vagina's pH. I've done it a couple of times and this is what my mom does. she doesn't use feminine wash. We use apple cider vinegar. White vinegar is too harsh. But i'm not sure how often it should be done. Any thoughts?

i do ACV washes din daily. 1-2 tbsps in a cup of warm water. sarap & clean ng feeling after. and it really reduced the fishy smell i used to have due to BV.

well i wanna know what are the OVER THE COUNTER V creams that will help me with my yeast infection?

kc someone tried to use tampons and then dip sa yogurt tpos ipapasok sa V. lots of girls says it works daw. pero and weird [textspeak!] kung mag lalagay ng food sa V

anyway mga sis starting tomorrow imma eat food na low with sugar, veggies muna ako and lots of yogurt.

i suggest, better have your self check by a doctor. ganun din ako dati, then i called a doctor, and she said tingnan niya daw ako. huwag daw mag self medicate. 2 times ako nagpagamot kasi walang effect at first. sa 2nd time, mas matapang na ang medicines.  candidiasis yung sa akin dati(2005). and annually na ang papsmear ko. i also get rid of the bf who caused me that. buti nalang natauhan ako.

I think using a vaginal wash and using apple cider vinegar as wash is the same lang din sis, it all alters the vaginal ph. Much better if you clean the vagina using water na lang.

Mga sis I think you should see an ob na and fast para maheal na ang vaginal infection ninyo. Yung cheesy discharge minsan white to brownish white is already one sign of infection. Stay healthy!

Bacterial infection is not STD sis. Kahit na hindi ka sexually active, any woman can get infections. STD nakukuha mo after having unprotected sex with a compromised partner. Did you use protection  when you had sexual contact with your bf who had also sex with another STD compromised partner?  Bacterial vaginosis lang ba ang diagnosis sayo sis? Do not worry that is so cureable.  You are lucky you did not get gonorrhea. It causes infertility, devastating yan na disease especially for the reproductive organs sa women.
Just take your antibiotics and get healthy. Always use protection when you have sex kasi di mo alam ang sexual history ng bf mo. And then get rid of the bf para may piece of mind ka na. Stay healthy!

^but mas harsh ang mga fem wash sis. that's what my ob told me. ok lang if you have your period but not everyday. a vinegar wash helps bring back the natural pH of the vagina which is kind of acidic. and i noticed na di na ako gaanong nagkaka-UTI. but not everyday minsan water lang ako.

Just stay healthy sis, find a good ob na lang whom you feel at ease.
Do not worry sis cureable ang bacterial infections and such and is so not std.
I think the "shot" he was talking about was the cervical cancer vaccine maybe?
Oo sis, you should get a Gardasil vaccine shot. Stay healthy!

Sis, wala akong symptoms. As in, wala talaga. The doctor didn't tell na may gonorrhea ako, In fact, wala talaga. Kasi when the results came out, sinabi niya kay bf may gonorrhea siya, tapos she told me, may bacterial infection ako.

sis? may odor b yung discharge mo ? ako din kasi i am having an excessive discharge minsan pg tumatawa ako or umuubo di ko naman alam nagugulat nlang ako. [textspeak!] bang igig  sabihin nun ? wala naman akong pain itching or  burning na nararamdaman e. may nabasa ako sa net hydrogen peroxide + distilled water daw yung i-douche super effective daw. saan ba nakakabili ng douche kit ? Mahal ba yun?

Meron ulit ako vaginal infection. Itchy, yellowish na may foul odor :"""> Paulit ulit lang since January. Sinunod ko naman lahat ng medicine last time na diagnose ako yun nga lang nung nagpa add yung doctor ko sa isang medicine ko nag skip ako ng mga 1 day and wala sa time ang pag inom. Pwede ba siya sa mga pwede magiing factor? Iniisip ko rin na after kasi namin magka contact ni boyfriend after 2 days lumabas yung discharge.

Hi sis! Di advisable mag douch/e lalo na pag may discharge kasi pwede daw lumala lalo. Nabasa ko lang before. #1 advise nila yun.

Meron ako nakita sa watsons betadine ata pangalan. Basta blue yung packaging niya. Not sure lang ako sa price na 200-300
