Driver's License: student permit, non-professional, professional

Question lang po! I got my non-pro license (receipt only) last May 12, 2017.
Ang sabi sa akin that time for pick-up nalang after three months..naka balik ako mga October na.
Pero when i got there hoping to just get the card itself.. aba bumalik daw ako the next day dapat before 6am kasi 200 people lang daw ang iaaccomodate nila. talaga po bang ganon?

tapos i have to wait and do almost everything again like picture taking, pirma etc.. ewan ko lang kung pagbabayarin pa ako ulit.

Is this normal po ba? I still can't go back because i can't afford to be absent sa work. 
tapos [textspeak!] Valid only na date.. hindi ko pa maintindihan kasi sulat kamay 10-16-20## hindi ko na mafigure out yung last 2 digits.

may mga ganun talaga na establishments papabalik balikin ka. may napanuod ako post sa fb nag rant dun mismo sa lto kinausap bisor, kasi pinapunta sya maaga tapos after lunch pa daw ng not sure what exact time sya ma accommodate. kaya uminit ulo nya. after nya mag litanya ayon priority na sya. hehe! punta ka na lang sis, then kamo extend na lang yung validity nun papel na drivers license mo kung hindi din lang nila mabibigay sayo sa araw na pagpunta mo ang lisensya mo. tsaka kamo maglagay sila ng day at time kung what time pupunta para pick up na lang talaga.

yung kaibigan ko din, kumuha ng number sa releasing kaso lang pasingit ng pasingit ng kung sino sino yung mga tiga lto sa kanila ayun nagwala sya kasi parang 20 persons lang aantayin nya inabot na sya ng halfday sa releasing. na

Guys, madali lang ba kumuha ng non-pro driver's license? kelangan ba magreview review for the exam? hahaha!

^ written exam madali lang, meron reviewer online ng lto exam. 

Got my Non-Pro license id card na mismo within the day sa Las Pinas. Hays, buti na lang nag-iissue na ulit sila ng card.

^^when  i applied for a Non-Pro license, nagbayad lang ako sa fixer hahahaha!
I took the written exam pa din, ang super dali lang. Ang iniwasan ko kase is yung practical exam. Which im not sure kung ginagawa pa ba talaga nila.

^Buti ka pa sis, may license card na. Ako, i renewed my license last December. This May ko pa lang babalikan yun card

Hi! Question lang baka may nakaexperience na for OFW like us na expired driving license, what is the process now? Meron ba work around for us, since limited lang time namin for our vacation, and ideally gusto namin makuha agad license paguwe. TIA

^mostly ngayon nirerelease na yung card on the day of the renewal. Husband ko kakarenew lang last week, walk in lang and he was given his card rin right away. Parang less than an hour lang yata yung buong process.

after 3 years, finally got my DL in it's card form..hindi na paper..naka ilang balik din ako sa LTO to claim the DL,  but they keep on telling me wala daw available cards, pag tinatawagan hotline number nila lagging busy.. hanggang sa nag sawa ako and just waited for the renewal. so happy!=)

*was wondering though, kung hindi kaya si duterte ang president natin now, matatagalan pa kaya bao ulit ma claim yung DL card..

renewed last June 1 sa sm north. Ang bilis lang, nakuha ko rin agad yung ID card ko.

true ba kapag sa mall kumuha ng driver's license me  certain number po ba?

^parang wala naman sis. Sa SM mall din ako nag-renew ng license ko. Pero binalikan ko pa yung ID card after 6 months. Ang may certain number is kung ilan lang yung mabibigyan ng ID card for that day.

Saan ba pwede kumuha ng driver's license non pro? Yung onti lang ang tao at magkano po magagastos kapag fixer. I'm residing in Manila.

I'm planning to get a Student Permit within the month. When checking LTO's website, meron dun nakalagay: Medical Certificate issued by any licensed practicing physician stating that the applicant is physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle or otherwise stating his/her impairment.

Need ba talaga nito for a student permit?

Hi sis! Parang wala naman akong natandaan na nagsubmit pa ko ng medical certificate nung kumuha ako ng student license.. Pero that was 3 years ago na rin kasi eh.. Baka humigpit na sila sa requirements?

^nun nag-apply ako ng SP nung May sa mismong LTO may resident physician na mag-issue ng med cert. Pero yung vision mo lang naman ang ichecheck dyan. Kung wala ka problema sa mata e nothing to worry sis. 350 lang magbabayad ka. Tapos papel lang naman ang permit e unlike nuon na in ID form talaga.kasi aftee 1month pede ka na mag-apply for non-pro. Basta pasado sa practical at written exam.

noon pa meron. yung medical na sinasabi is yun ngang affiliated ng mismong mga lto. another form of source of income ng government or maybe form of corruption.

Anyways, nagrereview na ako for writtwn exam. Tagalog yun binigay na reviewer sakin ng smart.. Bakit yun reviewer sa LTo website in english?

^ minsan mahirap pa yung tagalog intindihin kaya kung may option ka ma'am na English ang I exam mo yun na lang piliin mo.

naalala ko nun kumuha ako ng drivers license nag fixer ako, yung questionnaire may sagot na tas sabi nun taga lto lagyan ko daw dalawa mali. haha! pero di ako naniwala, binasa ko pa din baka mamaya mali mali pala yung nakalagay dun maging dahilan pa yun para magpadagdag sila lagay. hehe #wagnyokotularan
