550 for 5K and 10K, 650 for 16K. Early registration until June 15 to get a personalized race bib! :)

I run for exercise. Dati i can do an hour to 2 mga 6 months ago, pero now nung friday 20minutes lang hirap na hirap ako :( Lagi kai sumasakit yun tagiliran ko (left side) i stretch naman for mga 10minutes prior and after... bakit kaya? anybody na ganito rin?

need to buy a new pair of running shoes, pero papa-gait anaylysis ako. Yun pair that i am currently using now is Nike Free, but i think i need to change na

Sana i can get back into running talaga

do we have a separate thread for trail running? is anyone into this? i saw this featured in last sunday's broadsheet and i think it's a great new way of transforming the usual fun of a run to a more dynamic, adventurous one.

@sis june ngek... hindinoh wala ri ako training 1:07 prn best ko sa 10k hahaha.. sana pr ako nung yamaha kasi maganda pakiamdamko hindi nga ako napagos masyado pero naman nag pace ako lol :)

i wonder kung gano na ako kabagal tumakbo! will start training again in August. never been running since May 2010. now that Gab is turning 6 months na pwede na ako takbo as advise by my ob na runner din :)
