i'm almost on my 5th month teranex soap and physiogel ai cream lang for face and body and them j and j milk bath. Tapos Tummy Butter, Baby oil na nilagyan ko ng sandamukal na myra e vitamin e, st. ives shea butter and oatmeal lotion, tapos raw shea butter. patong patong ya lahat sa tummy, buttocks at kung san pa ang prone sa stretchies hehe

I'm using hada labo retinol range.. i'm one month pregnant. okay lang ba yung mga sis?

@cherness - wow sis ang sipag mo maglagay ng mga creams! fool proof na siguro yan na no stretchies ka. Ako ang tamad hehe, one layer lang of HHN sunflower oil and once a day lang.

@zipporahkate - sis nasa list of no-no's ang retinol when pregnant, excessive vitamin A can cause birth defects kasi. You may want to research on it online, same with mga sinilar products like treninoin, retinoids, etc. Align it with your derma and OB too, they would be able to give you their piece on it. It's strongly suggested though that you stop retinols once you learn you're pregnant, especially you're in the early stages na magdedevelop pa lang si baby. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Ang hirap maghanap ng anti-acne products without salicylic acid so I just settled for a tea tree facial wash and sensitive face cream. Regarding body oil, I super hate Palmer's kasi nangati ako ng sobra and nagbalat balat tummy ko so I just threw it and the extra bottles I bought  . Now I'm using Eucerin body oil since it's also safe for pregnant women and I'm happy with it  .

@yaskulet sis, i'm not sure about the safety of kojic acid in pregnancy pero sabi ng OB ko iwas muna sa mga whitening products. after all, ilang months lang naman and para naman kay baby.

regarding anti acne, i used to use yung nireseta sakin ng derma ko which is organic lemon myrtle, then followed by pure vitamin e cream for moisture. effective naman kaso di ko kaya yung amoy, sobrang lakas, mabango naman kaso masakit lang sa sinuses.

I use Dove soap for face and body then to moisturize, cetaphil or more often, I use olive oil nalang from the kitchen. The olive oil gives me a break from chemicals.

For acne..  Better consult derma. Nung buntis ako sa 1st kid ko, azelaic acid binigay sa akin. Nagpapafacial ako sa derma ( derma mismo nag faciao sa akin    kasi nga buntis ako,  alalay din siya sa pag facial).  Before ko ginamit yung azelaic,  mega research muna ako kung ano yun.  Sa 2nd baby azelaic parin,  derma parin nag fafacial.

Anyone using vco for their tummy, thighs and butt? Planning to alternate it with HHN sunflower oil and olive oil. Subok ko siya nung first pregnancy ko. Even sa puffy eyebags ko, walang haggardness.

Bio oil ang pinapagamit sakin ng OB ko. Para din daw di mangitim ang mga usual na nangingitim pag buntis. ang hassle lang ang init kasi ngayon, naiinitan ako sa oil. So what i do sa gabi ko na lang nilalagay.

First time to join here. Ask ko lang recommended deodorant nyo. Dati kasi I'm using Dove na whitening but since bawal ang mga whitening products sa preggies, nag switch ako sa HHN (the pink cap one) na deo, kaso hindi effective. TIA!

^sis not sure pero nabasa ko kasi dito sa thread na iwas muna sa mga may whitening na products. Kaya ako nag switch sa non-whitening at natural products. Kaso yung deo ng HHN ineffective para sa akin.
