Im growing a lot of pimples on my chin and neck (and some on the cheeks). I know the only safe option is glycolic acid....anyone know of any local products with GA? I used to have M2 Skin Refinish but I just finished the bottle

hi mga sis..napraning naman ako sa cetaphil..gumagamit pa naman ako nun..deodorant ko, kalamansi ever para safe..tapos human heart nature na sunflower oil..

Gamit ko lang ngayong 22weeks na preggy ako is AHA Cleansing Research WASH CLEANSING. Wala nang iba at every evening, ayoko na maglagay ng night cream kasi sobrang init at ang sticky nya sa feeling. hehe. Sabi naman ni boyfie lalo daw kuminis face ko.

Im using..

Soap: dove pink
facial wash: ponds green
shampoo: head and shoulder mint green
conditioner: creamsilk green
lotion: skin white 10spf

safe po ba ito? TIA!

I use my regular makeup (unfortunately, all are non-organic, I think) from MAC, Benefit, Shiseido, etc. But bath products are all organic or at least, baby-friendly:
Shampoo/conditioner/body wash- Zenutrients
Deo-lush or crystal essence (healthy options)
Body lotion- mustela or aveeno

I wear makeup just 2x a week now for a short period of time so I don't feel very guilty.

Hi mga sis, I'm 15weeks pregnant and I feel so ugly  first time mom and i'm so happy na finally narinig ko na heartbeat ni baby and nakita ko na din sya sa ultrasound na healthy and moving and everything but eto pala yung not so glamorous part ng pagiging preggy. I tend to compare myself sa ibang preggy na kilala ko at nakikita ko na di naman sobrang taba lumaki lang ang tummy ganun while ako di naman ako super slim before pero sobrang laki ng changes agad ng katawan ko. And sa skin, before medyo flawless talaga ako and seldom magka-pimple minsan meron pero maliliit lang and mabilis mawala pero ngayon ang dami ko pimple sa likod and sa face I have 3 really big pimples as in big and super red! Super conscious tuloy ako, pa-help naman mga sis ano ba safe na pang-treat sa pimples while preggy? And any tips na safe na beauty regimen? I stopped using my beauty products before except sa occasional light make-up pag lumalabas lang.

^Glycolic or AHA products are supposedly safe to use during pregnancy but check with your OB to be sure.

I've used benzol peroxide on the big pimples I developed and everything is fine naman. Avoid anything with retinol or salicylic acid.

I use my regular makeup and bath products, my first baby was fine and this current one is fine too

^sis what I did I started using cetaphil soap even sa face and most especially sa back and infairness ang laki agad ng improvement nawala ang redness and lumiit na sya, kaya ko sya binili kasi nakalagay anti-bacterial and non-comedogenic pero parang nabasa ko din may paraben content sya? Napa-praning na tuloy ako ulit I think I will switch na sa lahat ng human nature products instead

Hi mga sis! Anung deo ginagamit ninyo? I've noticed kase nag darken lalo underarm ko. Im using dove deo now.

Hi mga sis! Anyone here nakaexperience din during their pregnancy yung pimples or parang butlig sa body (dibdib hanggang tiyan)? Hindi ko alam kung dahil to sa Palmer's cocoa butter lotion na gamit ko. Hindi ko naman maistop yung paggamit ng Palmer's lotion kasi ayokong magkaron ng stretchmarks. So far wala pa naman akong stretchmarks pero yung pimples naman sa katawan problem ko

^^ sis, i don't think sa deo yan. Nagdarken din UA ko nung 5th month ko even thou im using organic na (Crystal Essence mineral deo spray). Buti na lang naglighten ulit after i exfoliated with a scrub. But i tried that after a month na, i waited the skin to thicken. Para syang dead skin.

^^Sis ako naman I'm using Palmers Tummy Butter. And like you napansin ko din nagkaron naman ako maliit na dark spots all over my tummy. Di ko sure if it's because of Palmers  kasi parang before ako gumamit nun meron na ako nun not sure though. Pero until now ginagamit ko pa din sya. Di naman na nadagdagan or darken pa. So ayun, hinayaan ko na lang sya mawawala din naman siguro yun. Sana... Hehe.

^ are you having a boy, too? Hehe. Yun kasi hula nila before pa ko magpa-ultrasound since nangitim yun side ng neck ko, thighs and UAs. Para kong may balat pero feeling ko makukuha sa matinding scrub haha. Ayoko lang gawin pa kasi baka bumalik lang naman or magworsen. I'll deal with them after lumabas si baby.

^^Yung neck at UA ko sis medyo nangitim ng konti lang di mo nga halos mapapansisn pag di mo tinitigan. Parang libag lang. Hehe. Don't worry sabi naman nila babalik yun sa dati di ko nga lang alam gaano katagal.
