saken wala namang binawal ang OB ko na beauty products. i asked her about rebonding and coloring my hair and sabi nya wala daw studies that prove that these are harmful pero she warned that our scalp is very absorbent when it comes to chemicals so best to avoid these treatments na lang. mahirap na baka yun pa ma blame if may health issues si baby.

For my skin, i've continued using St.ive's moisturizing lotion then Olay anti-aging sa face. for the tummy i use palmer's body butter. a lot of dermatologists say wala talaga mkakapag prevent ng stretch marks but it's good to keep the skin hydrated.

I just found out na my parabens pala yung Vaseline Cocoa Butter lotion, even Johnson's. kaloookaa! yung creamsilk na pink lang ang meron kasi yung green wala naman Thank God.

Anyway nagorder nalang ako ng Human Nature products para all natural. katakot magrisk at my mangyari sa baby.

My nalaman din ako about nail polishing. Hindi naman daw bawal pero mostly kasi sa preggies, nagkakaron ng brittle nails kaya mas lalong prone to damage pag nilagyan pa ng chemicals.

hello mga sis. i just want to get some feedback sa mga gumagamit ng Human Nature product. even before kasi ako magbuntis sensitive na ang skin ko hindi ako basta basta pwede gumamit ng mga beauty products na yan lalo na ngayon na 4 months preggy na ako, ayaw ko din naman na magsayang ng pera sa mga mahal na products tapos hindi naman effective sa akin.
how was it using Human Nature products? nakita ko kasi sa website nila convincing ang products and hindi gaanong expensive knowing na 100% natural ingredients.

im applying HHN sunflower oil on my tummy. ok naman so far, i just cant give testimony yet
whether its effective for preventing stretchmarks since i still have 2 more months before delivery.

anybody uses Human Heart Nature Day Moisturizer? safe kaya? may nakasulat kasi na Vitamin A so I stopped using.

anyone here who uses flawless papaya soap? are they safe for pregnant woman? I know yung whitening creams should be avoided pero not sure when it comes to soaps. thank you.

Hi mga sis,

For me naman safe naman halos lahat ng beauty products pero ingat lang doon sa mga ginagamit natin for acne and other beauty products na may Retinol, Salicylic acid and Methyl Salicylate. Especially noong first trimester ko, nag stop na ako sa mga facial scrub and facial wash na may salicylic pati yung lip balm ko may salicylic din kaya stop na rin. Mild facial wash such as nivea na lang gamit ko ngayon and mild body wash. Sa mga shampoo naman at conditioner, kahit ano lang ang ginagamit ko kasi in the end hindi rin masyadong healthy kung super paranoid ako sa lahat ng products.

Lactacyd Baby Bath as facial wash banished my pregnancy acne. I had big flare ups at the end of my 1st trimester, this controlled it. Bawal na kasi pag preggy yung usual anti-acne products na may salicylic and AHA. Mejo drying lang at first, pero my oily-combi skin adjusted after about a week.  I suppose it's a great and cheaper alternative for Belli Acne Clearing/Anti-Blemish Facial Wash (not locally available and costs about $17 in Amazon) since same lang sila na lactic acid ang main ingredient.

For lip balm, I still use Ilog Maria's lip balm which is made from natural ingredients.

Kahit anong lip balm sis basta walang salicylic acid. Don't use Carmex because it has that ingredient.

yung ilong & gilid ng ilong ko ayaw tantanan ng whiteheads at blackheads ngayun...feeling ko tuloy baka lumalaki ng ilong ko at na stretch na kaya kung ano-ano tumutubo, buti naman wala ako masyado acne @14 weeks, wag na naman sana tubuan
