Plano ko magsubmit ng letter sa december 1 para effective january 1 I'm out! Hindi ako masaya sa work ko. Nagsisi ako na tinanggap ko pa.

For me, between the months of Nov to Feb. para konti lang ang tax deficit at the end of the year!!

Pag hindi, i'll wait for the 13th month at Sl conversion, lalyas ako. Lol

Ako maraming reasons to resign kahit na happy naman ako sa ginagawa ko at may pending promotion this year:
1. back pay + provident fund = funds that will allow me to pay off a lot of debts. madaming utang because of my lifestyle, sickness and death of my father.
2. higher pay na inoffer ng new company
3. opportunity to work for a multinational corporation (MNC)
4. trainings in Sg, HK, and Japan to be provided by the new company
5. Malapit na ang audit season (super stressful season for us).

Due to number 1, nagstart akong maghanap as early as November last year. Short-listed lang. Then came December, a smaller local company invited me to apply. Sobrang bagal ng process, February 12 na nila naibigay yung JO - bad sign for me. Mabagal masyado ang internal process only to give me a 12% increase from what I'm currently receiving. Buti na lang sa bagal nilang magprocess, may nakasingit nung last week of January. Eto yung MNC. I didn't expect this kasi the jd is entirely different from what I do. In fact, I turned it down nung unang tawag. Then they explained that what interests them about me is my background. I gave it a try. After 5 interviews, I got a JO on February 15. So, ganun kabilis ang pag process nila. Na-impress ako. I talked to my boss, who has plans of leaving the team pala. She requested that I file my RL na lang on April 1 kasi pag inunahan ko sya, ihohold sya ng mga Senior Officers namin. Good thing pumayag yung MNC na May 2 na lang ako magstart (more than 60 days). The best thing about waiting until April 1 is natanggap ko nung March 31 yung performance bonus ko. Wala ng bawian. Hahahah.

If I start on May 2, regular na 'ko by November 2. Entitled na 'ko by then ng other bonuses nila, which is 1 month Christmas Bonus and syempre, 13th month. Pati pag claim ng mga reimbursible allowances.

The old company tried its best to keep me. To the point of giving me a counteroffer that I almost could not refuse. Kaso ang inisip ko when I decided is yung primary reason ko for finding a new job, i.e., financial reason. Also, pinagdasal ko talaga lahat.

Tulad ng sinabi ng isa nating sis dito, if the job is for you, God will find a way. To our sisters na nahihirapan magdecide if you will resign or not, ipagpray nyo rin. Pray for discernment. Syempre, consider rin yung practical side of all things.

Ngayon, I changed my lifestyle na.

^Hi sis! im so happy for you! Really, God will find a way. :) Bigla ako naalarm sa "pagcompute"mo ng days para maging entitled sa Christmas Bonus, 13th month and other bonuses. hahaha. Sabi ko din kasi dapat regular na ako sa next work ko before mag December 2017. Tsk. Kaso, hindi pa ata God's timing for me. :(

Thanks, Sis! Yeap, pati yun kinompute ko. Hahaha. So, I guess it's also good for our sisses here to ask yung HR about cutoffs ng mga benefits ng company.

Don't worry sis, if it's not meant for you, there's a better opportunity na darating. I felt sad nung una with the local company kasi di ganun kaganda benefits. If wala tong mnc, baka di ako happy with my decision to leave.

Oh and another thing, apply lang ng apply, send lang ng send ng cv, tsaka nyo na isipin if itutuloy nyong magresign or not.

Hi Po, i dont know how to address you guys.. Ates?😂 No joke tho.. hay i feel so lost. 😕 Idk where to start. Im 23 yo, PT by profession. No plans Yet to go abroad. I know its too early to say na hopeless ang profession na to dito sa Pjnas, pero kase feeling ko nabubuhay na lang ako sa isang kahig isang tuka sa sahod ko right now. Hindi na ako na hingi sa parents ko ng money, the things is No. 1 concern ko sa current job ko is of course financially NOT VERY REWARDING. Second, yung HMO coverage is only for me, gusto ko sana covered din parents ko 😢 Di ko alam kung pinag sisisihan ko na ba na eto kinuha kong profession. I want to help my parents so bad 😭 I tried applying na din sa better hospitals pero di pa ako tinatawagan (been working in a clinic based for 1yr3mo now) and STILL NO SALARY INCREASE. Imagine 10K monthly. Nag sisisi na talaga ako. Gusto ko naman to try corporate world.. PERO HOW AND WHERE TO START 😢😭😭😭 sorry po sa drama :( please enlighten me.

^sis wag ka masyado ma-sad. 11K din ako nagstart fresh grad year 2009. need mong mag-earn ng experience and skills tapos yun ang pwede mong ipanlaban once nagdecide ka to pursue your career abroad. for now isipin mo muna how to improve yung skills mo then after 2 years and hindi ka pa din masaya, mag-apply ka na ulit sa iba pa :)

Pero i know someone na
PT rin, the same age as mine (29). When he was here, tatlo employers nya. 2 clinic at isang isang taga-Forbes (as personal PT). Alam ko nga mababa talaga sahod. Pero with 3 employers for 5 to 7 years, nakabili naman sya ng oto dito bago nagdecide magabroad. 😁 I mean, I'm not saying na oto yung basehan ng success ha. Pero I know you get my drift.

Siguro sis, if you like naman what you're doing at salary lang issue, tama yung isang sis natin, gain experience muna. Pero I understand where you're coming from pagdating sa hmo for parents.

Hahaha. Pero hopefully soon, magkaron na rin. By the way, Sis, nung hirap na talaga ko financially, naghanap rin ako ng ibang ways to earn. I sell kung [textspeak!] ano, colourpop, gourmet tuyo, etc. Hahaha. Kumikita ako ng 500 neto per day. Pag December, aabot ng 1k per day. What I'm trying to say lang is while you're young gain experience. If kulang ang salary, find other means to earn. Then save (dito ako nagfail). Hahahah.

For me, the best time to resign is when you no longer see a ray of hope, when you feel like you're no longer growing.
