ok lang ba na magresign narin sa december? haha.. di kaya ihohold ang resignation letter natin?? 2months ang turnover kasi sa amin "daw" eh.. kaya by oct.20, magsa submit na ako.. nakaka stress kasi sa pinagwoworkan ko, even sundays pumapaosk ako pag end of the month o hard closing namin!! kahit holidays pumapasok ako without pay pa!! san ka pa... nakatagal lang ako jan, dahil we really need money... ang dami ko na namis na opportunity or job interviews na alam kong mareregular ako... Im under agency kasi sa isang malaking company.. kaso, feeling lang namin na, outcast ang mga contractual dun pagdating sa mga regular... naiinip na ako umalis dun....
isa pa, we're trying to conceive.. til now wala pa, and we know due to stress di pa kami nakakabuo kahit na nagpapa check up ako..hhuhuhu....

Ako i'm planning to resign next year summer after bigayan ng Chinese New Year bonus hahaha. Will be enrolling na kasi by June, back to school and magaalaga ng baby kasi i'm pregnant now due on the 30th of this month. 4 years palang ako nagwowork by that time, ayaw kasi ng asawa ko nung demand ng work to think na minsan lang sya nandito.

Kung may opening this coming december then apply na. Kung wala start looking by start of next year. May ibang companies naman din na payag na maghintay sila for 1-6 months before your start date. Sayang din kasi ang 13th month at bukod doon sa opinyon ko lang naman ang gulo tingnan sa ITR nung changes sa sahod kapag hindi start of the fiscal year. JEJEJE! Ako baka next year nalang din ako. HAHAHA!

I've been working for the same client for more than 2 years, my first year was regular office set up hanggang sa naging home based kami. Technically, ang labas ko is freelance writer. Madali naman ang work ko, sobra, I just need to reply to some emails kumbaga ghost writer ang dating. Lately sobrang nawawalan na ko gana kahit madali lang yun work and sorry for the term pero nakaka-bobo na ata ginagawa ko. Saka my work is a dead end job, oo convenient kasi home based pero there's no room for growth. Never naman ako ma-ppromote sa ginagawa ko ngayon and WALA ng chance ma-increase pa salary ko. Nakakasawa na talaga as in. I decided to just let go of the work parang di na rin worth it. There's no career growth, no salary increase and NO BENEFITS (13th month pay, maternity leave or benefits kasi I'm preggy now).

i resigned through phone, then they accept it. they will inform me na lang daw if may dapat pa isubmit w/c is yung RL, weeks after pero di na naman nila ako kinontak. so i guess it ends there. i actually think of abandonment of work na lang gawin ko as in awol then di ko na sila iiinform ever, but i realized, this is such a small world so if i did that and our path meets, then boom. i feel much better now

finally decided to resign. now looking for a new work, sana soon makahanap na. reason? weird ugali ng boss, walang direction yung company and mukhang goung bankrupt na and totally not happy with what i was doing. di kasi yun ang inexpect ko. super iba sa binigay nila na description during the hiring process.

in any industry dapat formal yung resignation. send an email and give a hard copy to your boss. also, try to practice the 30-day resignation effectivity para makapag transition ka ng work mo sa papalit or kukuha ng workload mo. if you have remaining leaves pwede mo gamitin yun as terminal leave kung hindi icoconvert sa cash ng employer mo. it is rude na hindi i-serve yung 30-day notice lalo na kung nirerequire ka ng employer mo, they can hold your last pay and your clearance, worst black-listed ka pa sa company. ang masama pa if may connection sa ibang company yung HR niyo, baka pati sa ibang company ma-black-listed ka.

^Naku sis, sa company namin, one year bago kami makalipat sa mga ka-kompetinsya na companies. Pero one of the labor lawyer nung isa kong officemate said na kahit may ganun kaming clause, medyo charing daw yun ng konti kasi yung rights natin na magtrabaho in order for us to earn a living will always supersedes daw yung ganung clause. We'll yun ang sabi nung labor lawyer na yun. I don't know with others.

Paano kaya kung yung lilipatan kakumpitensya? Pag ba nagreresign, dapat ba nilang malaman kung saan lilipat?

Lagi ko nang naiisip magresign pero hindi ko alam kailan ang magandang timing. Okay sana yung December pero may mga naghahire ba ng December? Saka affected ba ang experienced employees sa paghahanap ng trabaho kung sakaling around Feb-March maghanap ng work?

The best time to resign is when each day you dread going to work.

This was what happened to me. I didn't like my co-workers (well most of them). I didn't like my job.
As a result, I dread going to work each day. Like the only thing I looked forward to was payday. That's it.

Right now, I'm happy with my current company. There are a lot of things I look forward to everyday. Meeting new people,
having those chika moments with my officemates. I even look forward to my work itself.

I have been in my present company since 2007 but no improvements..Yung dati na walang saturday ngayon may saturday na. Yung dating ortigas namin office nilipat sa bulacan na..I have a 1 year old baby nauubos ang oras ko sa pagbyahe although NLEX ang daan namin. I love my works and my officemates thats why tumatagal ako ng ganito. Sa sahod wala lang konti lang ang difference sa minimum, yung allowance transpo lang, kapag december walang bonus minsan delay pa ang 13th month but still nakakapagtyaga pa rin at masaya lang sa position, work at mga katrabaho. Minsan nakakaingit pagdating ng December marami sila bitbit kami wala.. Siguro tama na yung 6 years na pagtitiis..Its time to move on..By the way Payroll and Admin Head ang position ko kaya kapag nadelay ang sahod kala ng mga empleyado ako ang may kasalanan. 100+ kami na employee..

 The best time to resign is when you feel that there's no growth on your career and the pay increase is not that high.

In IT, left and right ang opening especially if you are experienced sometimes new ka pa lang sa isang company my nag a alok na very tempting but ofcourse we really need to decide what is best.

magshare lang ulit. i know i have posted few months ago. my team lead resigned on december. from january to date, ako gumawa ng work nya...reports and meetings ako um-attend. senior na ko in my team, the rest were barely new and transferred from other departments. before my team lead left, kinausap nya ako and i know na positive un mga sinabi nya sa manager ko about my performance. although at first, ayokong maging team lead kasi alam ko gano kabigat un work and my current job nga swamped na ko but i had no choice ginawa ko pa rin and i could say, kinakaya ko kahit it requires to render overtime daily and even had to work on weekends without pay.. it even came up to the point na inalis un work ko sa operations so i could focus on the reports and other projects. last week, we had our annual performance review, twice ko tinanong un manager ko about the team lead position kasi i have a strong feeling, ayaw nya pang sabihin sakin. kung di ko pa sya inulit tanungin. so ang ending, she promoted someone else. pagkatapos kong gawin un trabaho ng team lead, nun promotion sa iba na binigay. tinanong ko un manager ko, and un comments na binigay nya sakin is nakukulangan sya sa performance ko as senior. na-quote nya pa nga un previous TL ko, kesyo ganito daw ako which i don't believe kasi i know my previous TL recommended me for the TL position. there's only one thing that i wanted to do right now - mag-resign. but, i'm a breadwinner. i don't know how my family will survive dun sa months while i'm looking for job. pero pakiramdam ko sobrang lubog ako sa kahihiyan kasi everybody's expecting na ako magiging TL but the position wasn't given to me, but was given to someone else who's just 1 year in the business unit and i will be training eventually. labo... sorry for the long post.

Kung ako lang sis, itutuloy ko aahin ko yun kahihiyan kung wala nama kakainin family dba?
Basta ipagpatuloy mo lang at lalo mo pang galingan, eventually it will be rewarded.
Kase given na sa company ang politics, palakasan.
So, kung talagang magaling yun napromote edi goodluck.
Less responsibility na rin sayo.
And since makikita naman yan ng mga tao sa paligid nyo kung sino talaga

^^tama ituloy mo lang yung work mo... sobra ka lang na frustrate sa pangyayari which is very unexpected... next time don't expect unexpected.

^disagree ako dahil ba breadwinner ka wala ka ng karapatan mag resign... pag nag resign ba agad agad magugutom ang pamilya? maybe its time for them to be a breadwinner unless ikaw lang talaga in capacity mag work sa family... pwede naman mag resign at magkaroon agad ng work bago pa maubos ang sepation pay mo or your last salary mo di ba?
