Jen, ako ang nag-provide ng sticker name tags (bought from the store) and si Apple as party manager took care of the registration of kids and provision of name tags.  You can designate a responsible person to take care of this. 

For customized sticker name tags, you can make your own or hire someone.  Melisse of perfectpixelsmelisse makes lay-outs of sticker name tags, invites, tarp, etc. 

Tell your caterer to provide a registration table, gift table, cake table and souvenirs and prizes table nga pala.

Re 3d centerpieces, mahal iyan kasi mahirap i-cut at kailangan yata ng special printer for that.  Sa party planners, si Heidi Lu ang meron yatang printer and cutter for 3D stuff.  Yung iba, manual ang gawa.  Ang printer na kilala ko na gumagawa ng 3D stuff is Adworks pero medyo pricey sila.  Sa kanila ako nagpagawa ng 3D/pop-up invites dati, P75/piece.

Puwede ka sigurong mag-DIY ng centerpiece tapos i-cut mo na lang manually.

Tin, hindi ko alam kung gaano kalaki ang standees.  Baka mga 2 or 3 feet?  Mukhang mas maliit siya sa jungle animals ko dati. 2k for the 6 standees ang quote sa akin ni Apple.

Kim - malapit kame Tivoli Gardens! yup, binaha ang daanan nung Ondoy. Di ko alam if pati ground floor, pero for sure. Kaso once in a lifetime lang naman ang Ondoy, so okay na din siguro. May unit dun sina Pia. NE Greenhills is for 150 pax, maganda siya and with stage. High Ceiling din siya

What about the coloring materials kaya na nasa kiddie tables? Ako din ba prepare nun? Necessary pa kaya yun? naisip ko kase maglagay din para di mainip mga ibang kids.

jen, i think ikaw din yung coloring materials. what you can do though para mas mura is manila paper na lang and gawin mong table cover (mala-burgoos) then may crayons para the kids can just draw. less hassle and less gastos. this is what we did noon sa first birthday ng pamangkin ni ej.

Jen, sobrang cute ng Meri-meri centerpiece!  I remember, na-mention ni hostessblog or Amy Atlas ang Meri-meri party supplies.

May side entertainment ka ba?  If meron, no need for coloring materials.  If wala, puwede kang mag-provide.  Maraming cheap coloring books and crayons sa Divi.  Or the manila paper + crayons work too.

Walang sample designs or website yata ang Adworks kasi daming kumokopya sa kanila.  If you want to see their designs, you have to go to their showroom at Ortigas Center near University of Asia and the Pacific.  Sobrang nakakaaliw!

Wala ako side entertainment eh, or considered ba na SE ang face painting/glitter tattoo? Mostly ba school-age na ang kids?  Kasi, sila ang mag-e-enjoy sa color-color.  Kung toddlers, hindi pa siguro.

Re kids sa birthday ni Y, kids of all ages  iba iba so pwede din add yun. Maglagay na lang din ako kahit iba toddlers, kase pag ganyan may ibang kids na medyo lahat ng coloring books/paper eh, gusto siya lahat ang magkukulay

Kim, michelle's video service is 7k using a 3ccd camera. Cheaper kung 1ccd camera, 4k. 5k ang photo niya labor only. Pasok sa budget mo. But better syempre if 3ccd camera.

Marose, my mom is reall hiyang with La Mer pero dahil thick ang consistency nya manipis lang ang lagay nya sa face. When she first used it, ginamit nya na parang normal use of moisturizer nya dati and nagka-rashes sya ng konti, sabe ng derma masyado daw makapal ang lagay nya. So now konti-konti lang, extends the life of one jar too

Gusto ko ng Keihls pala, yan ang next na bibilhin ko pag naubos skinceuticals ko. pag sobrang tagal na ko sa isang product nagpa-plateau na sya and nawawala na effect.

Zoe's Pediped shoes arrived na! I'm so happy! Parang ako magsu-suot noh? hehe

Btw, may makukuha kaya kong supplier who can make lootbags for less than 50/piece? Plan ko kase medium size mesh bags na pink, yellow, and green. 3 colors para mejo may variety. Ipapa-customize ko lang ng konti yung prints sa labas ng mesh bag. For the contents, naisip ko na to buy biscuits, bubbles, small toys, pens, and notepads siguro. Basta kung ano makita ko sa Divi, I'm sure madame pagpipilian don.

lisa, covered yung makati parks,  dun nag 1st bday anak ko.  6T (for makati residents) yung rate nila 2 to 6pm (8T) for non residents.  Baka open pa dun sis. Ok din dun malakas yung aircon tapos malaki kaya malaki space for play ng mga bata

Re Makati Parks and Garden - kinonsider ko din yan nung naghahanap ako ng venue, kaso ayaw mostly ng mga venue decorators dun like Ms Apple kase nga di pwede mag inflate balloons sa loob and they accept 3 events per day. So ang time to setup is gahol daw. Basta ganun, not so good na ngayon patakaran compared noon.

jen, ay ang higpit na pala ngayon dun.  Yung bayaw ko kase dati ang head ng engineering sa makati kaya pinayagan sa kin e.  Tapos 2 slots ang kinuha ko para di gahol ang set-up tapos dun pa kami nag stay para chikahan with friends
