What's the best time of day to take GSE? I'm also taking Centrum and Fish Oil.

I'm taking my cosmo gse at night before sleeping, but some take it with cosmo skin gluta in the morning.

hi. Im new here just bought my gse from avon. first time kong magtatake ng gse. date myra e iniinom ko which okay naman pero nung nabasa ko tong thread na to nagswitch ako ng gse.

Nakaubos nako ng 30 tabs ng ATC, 1 a day lang, bago matulog, wala pako masyado nakikita effect. Ito kasi pinakamura.

So does it mean 150 mg GSE only or 150 mg total to include ascorbic, green tea & lycopene?

Yung ibang supplement kasi ng Avon naka specifiy mismo yung MG for each actives. For example is yung L-carnitine nila it specifies 150 mg L-Carnitine and 100 mg Tea Polyphenols while doon sa GSE nila, di na specify ilang MG yung ascorbic..etc. So I am not sure if talagang 150mg is para lang doon sa GSE.

^i've tried it before. naregular yung period ko while taking it and less to no dysmenorrhea. di rin naman ako nagkapimples that time siguro kasi i have oily skin and avon gse is in dry form, mas ok raw kasi yung ganun. what i don't like about it was it didn't give me that 'glow' that i'm looking for. so-so lang, sa monthly period ko talaga drastic ang effect nya.
