Phased out na avon vitaglow. new formula na sila ang name is Life Glow GSE. tinaasan lang nila content pero in dry form pa rin. Actually, parang babalik na nga ako dito, eh. Glowing kasi ako dito ilang weeks palang. Triny ko kasi ATC to see its effect as well. Pero parang di ko trip. anyway, I don't know pa kasi nakaka-9 caps palang ako.

Solgar gse is in dry form. Available at healthy options. I'm alternating this with resveratrol, also from solgar.

Hello po! Mga sis, ano po effective na pantanggal ng pimples? I'm taking ATC gse kasi, nung 1st week ko 2-3 softgels yung tina-take ko after nun I noticed na meh isang pimple na left cheek ko tas sunod2 na lumabas then I stopped using ATC gse for 1 month, tapos ngayon umiinom ulit ako pero 1cap na lang per day nagwoworry ako baka magkaron ulit pimple.

Ang ganda po kasi ng effect sa akin nito, masarap ang tulog ko e dati hirap na hirap ako matulog tsaka parang maaliwalas mukha ko until nga nagkaroon po ko pimples. Help naman po, gusto ko kasi i-continue ang pag-take.

^ sis you mean to say 2-3 times ka magtake ng atc in a day or in a week? baka kase nasosobrahan ka kaya ka nagbreak out

250 tas 30 caps (in blister pack) tas naka-box. but I take it twice a day nung eto pa tintake ko dati. 110mg kasi GSE content. it also has vit c, lycopene, and I forgot the other one

dry form pala GSE ng Solgar. How's the effect naman sis? I'm taking fish oil kasi ng Solgar so baka pag trip ko tong GSE nila, baka eto nalang din i-take ko. di kasi ako satisfied sa ATC, eh. and how much pala?

im using ATC GSE. So far so good naman sakin.
Tho nung first few days nagkaron ako ng mega headache siguro mga 3days?
Pero ngaun ok na. napansin ko naging OILY face ko compare before pero d naman super oily.

What i really like about it kasi nabawasan pagkadry ng hair ko.

I started using GSE pang combo sa Ph338 ko

Before kasi im using 1000mg ng vitC.. feeling ko dehydrated ako palagi super dehydrated.
Kaya switched ako sa GSE 2tabs a day. tingin ko ok naman effect nya sakin..

Tingin nyo safe ba if i combo it with 1000mg pa ng vitamin C?
So parang 500mg GSE + 1000mg Vit C then 3tabs ph338

^^parang ang taas ng 500mg na gse for one taking dapat paghiwalayin mo into 4 servings for the day kasi kung isang inuman lang parang matatapon lang yan ng body mo. ganun din sa vit c pag hiwalayin mo yung 1000 mg into 3-4 servings for the day kasi matatapon lang sya ng body mo

ang first lang na notice ko e walang vit C na kasama yung GSE so sasamahan ko rin ng Fern-C.
