Sinong nakatry na ng Solgar GSE from Healthy Options? okay kaya siya? or yung GSE from GNC which si ang mahal. 2k+ siya for 100 caps.

Ano bang recommended na brang ng GSE? yung pwedeng pang-combi sa Vitamin c w/ rosehips.

thanks sis kyuza...but my derma says that ATC GSE was an oil , so I look for another option.. Has anyone tried the Grape seed extract by UNO, it's 150 mg per cap, kinda pricey 20 pesos per capsule.

sisses, if you have backread previous threads (Part 1 - 3) and if you've researched on gse well enough, there's no need to take vit c as it is powerful than vit c. as gse is obviously a by-product of grapes, it contains resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant. research on this as well. and there's no such scientific nor medical term as proflavanol and it is false to claim that this coined term by usana is an antioxidant. search and research well sisses. posers beware.

^ Hi sis just to share what i know
1. Vitamin C is the mother of all vitamins.  Vitamin C is used by the body for many reasons, one of the three things that our body uses it for is for repair of damaged cells, improve immune system, and help our body absorb all other vitamins and nutrients
2. Grapeseed extract is an antioxidant said to be 20 times more potent than vitamin C and 50 times more potent than vitamin E.  However grapeseed is an antioxidant and not a vitamin
3. Proflavanol is a product name of Usana for the grapeseed extract and is not a scientific name or medical terms.  Usana carries a lot of other supplements like essentials, biomega, hepasil, etc and none of them are scientific names or medical terms

To summarize vitamin C in proflavanol helps our body to absorb grapeseed extract in our body.  I agree with cindylulu we need to do more research and check with our doctors para hindi tayo masales talk ng kung sinu-sino. I always do my research before patronizing and recommending products

20/cap is kinda cheap na. Though that depends parin kung gano kaganda product. Cosmo is 30/cap. Profla is 25/tab (19 ata pag member).

Sis parang product name ng Usana ang Proflavanol. Kumbaga the brand is Usana. The product is Proflavanol. And the contents are gse and vit.c etc.

Just noticed na wala na palang vitaglow. Meron pa ring GSE ang Avon pero Life Glow na pala ang name tas may inooffer silang Gluta (w/ NAC), tas GSE, then white tea w/ gluta. yung formula ng vitaglow GSE dati nadagdagan lang ng mg pero still worth a try kaya I contacted a seller already.

^ Oo naman sis. I take gse para iwas sakit lang. hehe. Bonus nalang yung blooming effect.

AFAIK walang ganung capability ang GSE. ang GSE is for improving immune system which is 20 times more potent than Vit C and 50 time more effective than Vit E. Hope this helps

kaya nga sis wala ng vitaglow sa avon,  hiyang pa naman ako dun. Kaso may naririnig ako na nagkapimples daw sila dun sa bagong formulation ng gse ng avon. Sis update naman kung effective sayo

ay talaga? I hope hindi ganon mangyari sakin kasi kapag dry form naman okay lang sakin, ang di ko lang talaga keri yung oil form. lalo na pag may vitamin e. tsaka yung new formulation naman nila halos wala namang nagbago since nadagdagan lang ng super konti yung dosage.
