if your gonna take grapeseed oil instead of the dry form, i suggest mag myra 400e na lang kayo para mas blooming

^sis, if you happen to backread, gse is more potent than vit c kaya it's redundant to take vit c and gse at the same time

^as what i've read in the previous threads, pag 300mg of gluta, then 300mg din of gse. but i don't follow it hehe. i only take 1 tab of gse a day. kasi napansin ko nagbre-breakout ako pag 300mg ng gse.

^yes sis ako nga i take my ph with gse at the same time. kasi i tend to forget pag hinahati e. i think you can take naman 100mg gse and 500mg vit c and gluta. tutal 100mg lang naman ang gse mo and yes, not all of these dosages will be absorbed by the body, especially vit c kasi water soluble nga ito.

i bought gse last june 15 at watsons yung tig 100 pesos then i took my 1st capsule same night. observe ko lang inaantok ako kagad pagkainum ng gse  ganun din ba effect sa inyo sis? okei yun for me kasi lately nahihirapan ako matulog. ngayon ubos na yun gse ko il try bumili later ng atc gse, gusto ko din itry yun gel type yung oil
