I bought ACT grapeseed oil from Generika last night for P4.35/capsule (500mg). For those taking PH338, ilang capsules ang tine-take nyong GSE?

Also, is there a difference between grapeseed extract and grapeseed oil?

cosmo GSE gamit ko sabay sa ph. ko 2 times a day...i take vitamin c 1000mg pero sabi mas more times ang vitamin c na sa GSE kaya ill stop na yung vat.c

yun nga ren sis ang sabi saken ng supplier ko ng ph. if i take gse, wag na daw mag vit c. naguluhan lang kasi ako. kung sinasabi na 20x mas potent ang gse compared sa vit c, ibig sabihin ba isang 500mg cap na lang ng gse ang ite-take ko together with the 3 tabs of ph?

since atc gse is 500mg, 1 tab a day will do.

^really sis? from atc, i switched to solgar gse. so far i'm ok with it. been taking this for 2 months na.

eh di ba sis, 1000mg ang kailangan pag 3tabs of ph? or kasi nga mas potent ang gse kaya 500mg will do. tama ba? litong lito na talaga ako. hahaha

ganun naman ata talaga sis pag long term na ang intake mo. kasi nasasanay na ang immune system mo. try mo yung sinasabi ni sis cindylulu, baka you need to switch brands lang.

sis san ba nakakabili ng solgar? and how much? i tried switching bramds before atc and puritan's pero di hiyang saakin.

@sis southchick, yes 1 tab a day lang. remember sis, 1 tab ph is only 100 mg. if you're taking 3 tabs ph, then 300 mg yun, pwede na ang 500mg gse.

you can find solgar at healthy options sis

awe 2tyms gse ginagawa ko a day yun kasi ang sabi ni sis fleur 3x a day naman ang ph ko...

^i've tried atc and it's ok naman. this is available otc. haven't tried vitaglow or puritan's pride. i'm currently into solgar's

parang blooming ako sa vitaglow now. me pink ang cheeks ko, anyway di parin ako umiinom ng gluta with this. gusto ko makita results nya na sya lang.
