Moderators : Where are you guys?

      Im not sure if im the only one who noticed this, pero parang walang nagmomoderate ng posts lately, i see some users that became Muted from being watched (so may mods nga), but how come nobody's answering all our concerns in this board?

Im not blaming the moderators ha, pero napansin ko lang, kaya siguro dumadaming pasaway lately sa mga threads is because halata din nila na wala naman nagbabantay. Flamebaiting (sarcastic comments etc..), Joining/Subscribing posts, and people arguing (not discussing), and people who advertise their merchandise sa threads are all over. And one more thing, grabe ang mga posts ng iba, umuulan ng textspeak, to the point na hindi mo na magets yung context ng message sa sobrang daming textspeak.

Seriously, are we just after the quantity ng people logged in kesa sa quality ng content ng mga threads? Sobrang laki kasi ng pinagbago ng GirlTalk from the time i joined.

GT's fine. I just recently learned the other side of the story of the whole thing about the moderators' thingie and I'd take this opportunity na din to publicly apologize for any comments I made during the whole hulabaloo.

Expecting GT to go back to the way it was before is an utter waste of time. Iba na patakaran. We all just have to live with that. It's better now, actually. Better than that time when we were all whining.

If I'm not mistaken, isa lang ba or dalawa ang moderators. Kaya din siguro 'di bawat chenes napapansin. Yung mga mabibigat na lang.

I know GT will never be the same as before, but then I wish there were more moderators to address everyone's concerns here, kasi nakakadismaya, sobrang nagkalat na talaga mga nagpapataas post count, nakakapagtaka nga how some newbies/probationary members are able to post in the Marketplace section.

Happy though na kahit pano theyre doing something, andami kong nakikitang nadadagdag sa watch list eh. Actually i created this thread to help out sa pag-ayos ng GT, baka nga kasi the moderators dont have time to visit each and every thread here. Nakakalungkot lang talaga yung dami ng mga pasaway.

I still report these "pataas ng post counts" comments... better if maraming proof na this person has a knack of doing these talaga (easy to check their other posts naman). Wala na tayong magawa aside from these. I know naman mods still go through the reports, kaso nga konti na lang sila

yun nga eh, i know naman theyre also overwhelmed with the number ng mga reports ngayon..

hays sana mabawasan naman yung mga pasaway, but ill never get tired of hitting that RTM button for yung mga obvious na pasaway talaga, napapa-iling nalang ako everytime i see yung mga pajoin/pasubscribe posts eh, kasi old timers na ang gumagawa, may mga newbies pero mas nakakadisappoint yung mga old timers na alam naman na bawal yun noon but chose to be pasaway ngayon.

^yep, just because they think walang nagmomoderate, they break the rules na kinagisnan na rin naman nila. Oh well, RTM galore ako!

I like seeing the moderated/watched/muted status yun iba flame baiters na trolls at the same time, they get away with just warnings.

Ay naku, inaabangan ko talaga posts nila para mas maraming proof pag nag RTM!

Bigla naman akong nacurious dyan sa other side of the story na yan. 

Anyway, I kinda' feel the same with babyjapnurse.  It's sorta' frustrating kasi to see all those blatant violations tapos parang wala lang.  Then parang ang labo na rin ng rules, kasi may mga thread na bigla na lang nalolock while others naman sobrang gulo na eh existing pa rin.  Not to mention pa the newbies na nakakapost sa For Sale thread pero yung iba di man lang makapagreply agad or makaPM.  Medyo magulo lang yung curent GT for me.

dun din ako nagulat eh, baka tumaas cases ng scamming dito, may newbie nga nagrrun pa ng pre-orders, nakakapagpost sila sa Marketplace e sa baba ng posts nila they wont be able to answer PMs din. Medyo magulo lang the rules, or prolly it isnt the rules na magulo but yung pag-implement sa kanila.

Some rules may be stated, but then di naman kasi nagagawan ng paraan yung mga nagvaviolate thats why dumadami rin yung mga pasaway.

Again, hope the mods dont get us wrong, we are just trying to help out, sana yung mga reports magawan ng paraan para matuto naman kahit papano yung mga pasaway talaga dito.

Nagwawonder din ako dun sa mga locked threads na IMHO hindi naman kasing worse dun sa ibang threads na nakikita ko pero hindi naman nalalock.

Anyway, nasanay siguro tayo dati na laging may explanations per action yung mga old moderators kaya nakakapanibago.  But then again, personally, I'm not after the old set-up na but rather wish ko lang yung consistency.  At syempre mas malinaw na rules.

But in fairness to the moderators, they did a great job sa pagmmanage ng reports ha, andami kong nakitang watched dahil nakikipag-away sa Celebrity Threads.. yun yung gusto ko magawan ng paraan before, andaming fanatics na willing ata pumatay for their idols -- kahit na di naman sila kilala ng idols nila. at least ngayon maiiwasan na kahit papano yung mga nagiinterrogate-an sa threads na parang akala mo nasa senado sa sobrang lalalim ng pinaghuhugutan ng mga galit nila hehe!

^given that actually pag binasa mo yung mga nagaaway madami biased lang and oa.  maski sa ibang issues na feeling victim pero hindi naman talaga im sure meron nag naguumpisa tapos sila ang mag-cry wolf. just because inattack ang opinion doesn't negate the validity of  the argument. dami points and arguments na valid and marami lang din ang pikon kaya walang exchanges na matitino nangyayari.

sabi nga eh don't raise your voice, rather improve the quality of your arguments. plus people here have fans so yun maraming nagkakampihan pa maski mali nawawala yung pagiging objective just because. but then individual preference na yun and hindi lahat pareho ang discipline tho sana dont add fuel to the flames...wala nang gatungan pa.
